Southeast MN WIFI laid fiber for our home and business at four different locations. Service was great, very responsive, and it was a smooth transition from our previous company. When we needed additional assistance with the transfer they responded quickly to make the successful transfer.

Southeast MN WIFI laid fiber in our rural community where internet options were very poor. They were very transparent and super easy to work with. The end results were spectacular. Who would've though we would ever get 1Gbps symmetric internet service in our rural community when not too long ago the only option was Satellite. A big thank you to Nick, Sara and the whole team for positioning us well for the future.

Southeast MN Wi-Fi brought us an alternative that allowed us to upgrade our Wi-Fi speed by a factor of 15. After 3-4 years of service, we are extremely satisfied with their service and responsiveness.

I can't say enough great things about Southeast MN WiFi! From the moment I reached out, Sara and all the techs are incredibly friendly and helpful. We can’t say enough good things about Southeast MN Wi-Fi! Our Internet speed increased tenfold over our previous service provider when we signed on with them. We have been with them three years and although we rarely need to call for help, they are incredibly responsive when we do call. Sarah, the person who answers the phone is always cheerful, extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. She communicates back with updates on when the service call will occur so that we know what to expect. Southeast MN Wi-Fi sends out emails if there is a service outage and has a back up that they put in place until the major outage can be fixed. A rodent recently chewed through our Internet cable. Nick came out and put in a new cable for us free of charge and with no service call fee. This company is amazing and we appreciate their great customer service!!

After dealing with a failing security system, we reached out to Southeast MN WIFI to upgrade the complete system. They were able to work us into their very busy schedule on short notice. The installation crew was efficient, courteous, and informative when we asked questions. All this while working around customers. The peace of mind knowing support is just a call away is also reassuring. We have worked with Nick and his staff previously. Every time we've had the same professional service. I highly recommend this company!

In a world of endless commercials that promise this, that, and the other thing when it comes to up-times, customer service, and the best internet pricing we found our answer. SE MN WiFi. No question.
Fair pricing, excellent service, and you will never work with a nicer or more educated group of people. Nick, Sara, and the Tech folks are the best you could ever ask for! Change your ISP NOW and you will not be disappointed!

As a business, we rely upon solid, reliable, and fast service to provide the best possible experience to our Customers but to also make sure our internal infrastructure runs flawlessly. Well, we have that with SE MN WiFi!
We utilize SE MN WiFi as our primary ISP at one of our three sites. The only reason all three sites are not running with them is solely based upon availability which is coming soon!
Nick, Sara, and the Team are a joy to work with. Reliable service is one thing but being able to work voice-to-voice with them without working through endless prompts has proven to be a HUGE benefit. Also, the time their Techs have spent on-site during the install really helped us out. Any and all education a small business can get from an ISP is worth its weight in gold. Again, we have that, as well!
All of us at Supreme Storage can not give a stronger review nor a bigger 'Thanks!' to Nick, Sara, and the entire group at SE MN WiFi. Period. Use them and say goodbye to reliability concerns and hello to the friendliest folks you could ever find in the industry who service their Customers beyond all the others out there. Thanks to them, we can sleep at night!

Honestly would 100% recommend to anyone. There are honestly amazing. The customer service is beyond anything I have ever delt with hands down. I could send a message and within seconds have a response. If there were to be any issue at all it would be taken care of in minutes and only one time I ever needed a tech he was there within a hour fixing the issue. The service is absolutely amazing. Truly amazing
