Kevin was great to work with. Not only did he fix my TV on time but he showed me tips on how to best use it going forward. His expertise showed and my TV is like new again. Some reviews say employees are rude but that was not my experience with Kevin.

I have been going to Alex repair for the last 15 years. Never a problem. My stuff is Onkyo receiver/ tuner/turntable from 1977. Alex brought it all back to life like it was when I bought it in 1977 from Bates. My model 8 speakers need attention but that is another story. John Hansen
