Nick was a rock star.
I was not able to get in anywhere to have my truck looked at, they were 2 weeks out. Valley fit me in the NEXT day, and resolved my issue the FOLLOWING day! As a result, our family vacation proceeded without delay.
I did not purchase my truck here, but next year when I am looking for a new vehicle this will be my first stop.

Prompt, professional, comprehensive service department and managers. Easy to get things done - e.g., how to get my car towed to them. They got me in immediately and diagnosed the problem fast - was a warranty issue, so no cost at all to me. Very rapid turnaround - had the car fixed in less than a week (for replacing an engine!). Very friendly and helpful every time I called for updates.

Purchased a new (used) truck from Adam C., 5days ago and was very pleased. Called for a price on the truck that had just been listed and Adam didn't know. Later called back with the price and I was very interested. Set up a meeting for the next day and was very pleased with the price and description of the truck. SO, I bought it.
They (dealership) did not try and add hidden fees or sell me any useless add-ons. They gave me the OTD price and we were set. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Would gladly do business with them again, and I would definitely recommend other to them as well.

Eric and Dave did everything in their power to close the deal. Recommended dealer that has been in the game a long time because they do good business. They aren't going to play games with things like "Nitrogen Filled Tire" fees and that sort. Check them out!

I was there for an oil change and recall fix and when i got there the check engine light was on. The oil change seemingly went fine but the overall customer services was not anything to write home about. Even though I live in Hastings, I will likely go back to my old dealership, Mauer GMC in Inver Grove for future service needs. As they are great with their customers and quite frankly offer much better specials and prices. To start, I specifically called about the recall and was told no problem we can get that done. Then a few days later when I come for oil change, you don't even have the part and I am told I have to come back and spend another part of a day there. Not that easy when you work full time and have three little kids so that was frustrating. The reason given was that you get limited parts to fix, and they go fast. Fine that is understandable, but before you just give the parts away, would it not make sense to check who already has appts. for this and save one.
Then, with regards to the oil change guy comes out and says ok all done. Nothing about the engine light, doesn't even ask if want to have it checked, which I would have declined as I feel your pricing to just hook up a machine to check is ridiculous (especially when I can stop at O'Reillys on my way home and they will hook it up and print off the code for free), but as a business, who I imagine would like to see all services repaired there, to not even ask seems silly or when paying for another service already, throw in the check so you can say what needs to be done and then come to me with pricing etc. Had it been something reasonable I would have likely done it so I didn't have to come back again or go somewhere else as i already talked about that not being the easiest thing to do.
Also, my car has 98K thousand miles. I assume I will soon need 100K service, nothing even mentioned or discussed. At Mauer, I get a print out of recommended future service, pricing etc. It's like you could care less about my business. I also wasn't provided any information if you inspected other things like tires, brake pads, top off fluids etc. Do I just assume no news is good news? How hard is it when you come out to say we are done. Everything else looks good, fluids were topped off etc. Whether or not that was done who knows, but makes you feel better taken care of with just a simple sentence or two vs. leaving wondering if anything done at all.
Other than my return to fix the recall, which I am only doing because you already ordered the part. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle or business to you. I will go back to Mauer where they at least give the appearance of caring about and retaining their customers.

$450 in labor for an oil change and wheel bearing replacement. $751 total. Completely disgusting how much I was charged for a simple job.

We were passing through town and thought we had a wheel bearing going bad on our jeep. We stopped at Valley and Jordan from the service department helped us. He got us in with in a half hour and thought we may have a bearing going bad but it was not critical and sent us on our way. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend.

Brought my car in for an oil change and new tires, Conner and the team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road, they were able to track a bad ball joint on the car and were able to replace it same day and get an alignment done and back to me for a reasonable price. My sales guy Dave Murray is the reason i keep coming back. Great experience i will be back.
