I always enjoy taking my truck here. My only issues with my last visit is that my oil % was not reset and whoever drove my truck must have been a smoker. The inside smelled like smoke when I got in.

I would like to thank Matt in the service department for his quick response to my service needs. Once when a wheel bearing went bad causing the traction control to shut down, he was able to get me in that day and fix the problem. Recently I needed new tires, his and the rest of the service department took great care of my vehicle, service was excellent.

Body work was done to my satisfaction. Only complaint, and it is a small one, is that the manager could return phone calls in a more timely manner.

I bought a used 2016 Regal, not from Valley. 2016 was the year that Buick started adding Android Auto support to the infotainment system...mid-model year. Mine didn't have it. I called Valley and provided the GM bulletin number. Got an appointment made and took it in. The update was successful. They had to fully update the infotainment system to install the update. I was there about 2.5 hours. When I got the invoice they had charged me for an hour labor since much of the time was waiting for the software updates to be applied. That's fair. They only charged me the accessory rate of $130/hr rather than the shop rate of $175/hr. That was very nice and appreciated. I came away from the experience very happy and pleased with how Valley dealt with me as a new customer. They've earned my trust, and appreciation. Thanks!

Service was great. My concerns are with sales procedures. When I first came to the sales and was look at purchasing I asked if the first tabs would be paid by dealership.Purchase date Oct,2022 received bill for tabs in May 2023, took to dealership and was told they did that in updating plates at time of purchase. I have never purchased a vehicle that I did not get a whole year of lisc. coverage on the car, this would mean that tabs not due until Oct 2023. Would not recommenddealership or return for another vehicle.

I was looking for a 2023 Canyon Elevation 2WD. My trade was a 2015 Colorado 2WD Z71, in great shape and I was told that KBB was the trade in value. But the manager cut the trade by $3,500 and he never got off his chair to look at the truck. He said they lost money on the last 2WD truck, so he would not honor the KKB value. I still ordered a new truck. Three months later it showed up and it broke down on the very first test drive. It was eight days to get the part and fix it. We will get to pick it up on 8/21/2023. The salesman Anthony Brunotte was great to work with.

We love Valley! They have saved the day for us when something goes wrong on my vehicle, which has pretty high miles on it. From tire change to motor maintenance, we are grateful they can sneak us in at the last second. We're also super super grateful when we need a loaner car. It really helps to keep living life when we can get a loaner. Thanks so much!

The experience was good. I came in for oil change thinking my tires would be properly aired and window washer fluid filled, etc as per most oil changing services but these are not part of their oil changing services apparently.

Dave did an amazing job! He provided great service with no pressure. He was encouraging to try out many options to make sure I was finding just what I wanted. When I narrowed down my choices, he was able to find a vehicle from a different dealership that was just what I wanted! The purchasing process was quick and seamless. It was great to be able to do the application on the website, and to send photos of documents that were necessary to complete the process. Tammy was thorough and efficient. The whole process was great! And, I love my new car!

Easy to make an appointment by phone. Car was finished in a timely manner. No pressure to upgrade or complete service that wasn't necessary.

Not fair to them for me to vote one star — I was made aware via the EV Gateway app that there was a quick charger on-site. I was able to locate it, plugged in and tried time and time again to initiate a charge, to no avail. Phone support wasn’t able to remote start the charge either. I’ve arrived with less than 20 miles of range and still need to get to Coon Rapids from Wilder, Kentucky. I’m beyond exhausted, frustrated and extremely sweaty from turning off AC and preserving range.

Service guys have been amazing to with work with but I’ve been on the allocation list for a yukon for three months shy of two years. I’ve followed up several times and was ignored at first... Either this dealership has no allocation, or sales guy has pretty boy privilege? I’m not sure. Very different experience from service side.In that time I’ve ordered two new Escalades from another dealer for my business. Would like to source vehicles here, but I’ve given up. It’s unfortunate. Buy some donuts for my service guys! Love them.

Would have been great had I had a loaner car. Ended up being stranded for a weekend and missing work on Monday. Luckily, the parts and labor were covered with insurance, yet lost almost $250 in pay from missing work.

I am really frustrated with the service I received today. We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and have been servicing all of our vehicles here for 8 years. I brought one of our vehicles in today for an oil change. There is an issue with a back sensor I asked them to look at. They said “No problem! We’ll take a look!” They did not mention a fee whatsoever. All said and done, they charged us $140 just to take a look. If this fee would have been mentioned beforehand (like it should have been), I would have said no thanks! This was not explained to me at all. We called to get our money back and of course they won’t do anything. Over the past 8 years they have never changed us a dime to take a look at an issue when our vehicle was in for routine maintenance. Extremely disappointed!!!!

I brought my truck in for its first oil change and tire rotation. No appointment and they got it in right away. Then they took care of service that I asked about that would usually need an appointment. Very Very satisfied.
