They’ve always been great! My family has used this pharmacy for years. Every once in a while their quote time for when the prescription will be ready is inaccurate, but even then it’s only off by an hour or less. I recommend calling before arriving to verify. They are much better than Cub’s pharmacy in my experience.

Very rude cashier and manager. Woman at the register didn't want to add 999$ to my bank acct. I asked for manager, steve, he said with all the theft he is not comfortable. Last month the same lady said she could and when I called a manager they did it. Will never return for business that's forsure . The woman at the register is very rude and snappy like a fire cracker.

I have asthma, I have all of my life. This establishment does not let you know when refills are getting low or have expired until you call to attempt to refill your prescription, in my case for literally breathing.
I called 9/3 to attempt a refill and was advised that they needed doctor authorization. I spoke to Allina, and I was told I had refills available, 11 to be exact.
I called Walgreens back on 9/4 and they told me they didn’t see the refills but I could pick up “an emergency refill” - I spoke to Vanessa. I told her I would arrive around 6, she told me she was off at 5 and I even confirmed with her I wouldn’t have an issue getting the inhaler.
I attempted to pick it up and was looked at as if I was a liar, because “we don’t do that for inhalers” and the staff on-sure was a total jerks about it. I felt super embarrassed and was made to feel like I did something wrong, when Vanessa told me to pick up an emergency refill.
This was my last straw with Walgreens altogether. The service is terrible, they treat you like garbage, misinform you, and again, I need this medication to BREATHE and don’t have time to play games.

I don't understand the amount of low reviews here, my experience with them is that they've always been courteous, professional, helpful, and very busy with their tasks at hand if not even a bit short staffed. I guess it's probably true that most people only provide reviews when they are negative... I'm not one of them.

Don’t usually go there and probably won’t go again. Some of the women at the pharmacy are very rude and could hear them say “don’t people have anything better to do?” Yeah people are sick and need their medicine. Thanks a lot lady. Person who personally talked to us seemed nice.

I put in for a refill last week Tuesday, get a message it is out of stock on Wednesday. I call today after 6 days of waiting to get a status. I was told by the employee that he will get it ordered today! I was told it was ordered last Wednesday. We are not talking about video games, these are medications people need at specific times! this is not acceptable. It does not help that the staff acts like you are inconveniencing them every time you call or go in.

We stopped going here a while back because the pharmacists act like they're sampling one of every ten pills that go across their sorting mat. The pharmacy folks always come off as rude and or lazy. Exhibit A being the 1 star reviews going back half a decade.Today we had the misfortune of getting a script accidentally sent here. Of course, there was an issue when we tried to fulfill it. They always explain the issue as vaguely as possible seemingly to get you to give up and go away. The issue was easily resolved at another pharmacy once we transfered the script but Walgreens didn't bother to spend any time on it, refusing to call the "Pharmacy" phone number on the back of the insurance card.CVS and Walmart are just down the road. Your time is valuable, don't waste it here.
