I put in for a refill last week Tuesday, get a message it is out of stock on Wednesday. I call today after 6 days of waiting to get a status. I was told by the employee that he will get it ordered today! I was told it was ordered last Wednesday. We are not talking about video games, these are medications people need at specific times! this is not acceptable. It does not help that the staff acts like you are inconveniencing them every time you call or go in.

We stopped going here a while back because the pharmacists act like they're sampling one of every ten pills that go across their sorting mat. The pharmacy folks always come off as rude and or lazy. Exhibit A being the 1 star reviews going back half a decade.Today we had the misfortune of getting a script accidentally sent here. Of course, there was an issue when we tried to fulfill it. They always explain the issue as vaguely as possible seemingly to get you to give up and go away. The issue was easily resolved at another pharmacy once we transfered the script but Walgreens didn't bother to spend any time on it, refusing to call the "Pharmacy" phone number on the back of the insurance card.CVS and Walmart are just down the road. Your time is valuable, don't waste it here.

Don’t advertise this if they aren’t actually free for everyone!!! Made an appointment and everything and because the system detected insurance, they denied me since I’m not contracted here. Drove 25 mins for NOTHING!!!

I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for over a week. I called this morning, Friday, June 16, 2023 to ask about the status of the prescription and was told that it would arrive today. I didn't receive a text message to notify me that the prescription was filled, so I called again a few hours before close. This time I was told they don't have it for me and their supplier is out of stock, meaning they have no idea if or when it will arrive. At this point, it's after 5 pm, so after waiting over a week, I will have to wait until at least Monday to see if my doctor can send it somewhere else. Which is why I called to check on the status this morning. I asked about the process to notify a patient if they would be waiting for their medication indefinitely, and there is no process. This pharmacy is a fine choice for anything you don't mind living without or starting whenever, but I wouldn't recommend trusting them with anything you need to take regularly.

I got to walgreens and they were closing in 7 minutes when the meds were called over an hour prior. I explained to them that my 5 month old baby needed them ASAP for RSV/breathing as we just came from the hospital. Sadly, no care in the world. She told me they didn't have time, to go somewhere else. Normally I would of understood but for a mother to watch their baby struggling to breathe and then someone tells you to let him suffer a little longer was very hard. It would of been easier to accept if they were even more caring about it.

I called last evening to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy. I was told they were closing in 3 minutes and wouldn't be able to transfer it until the next day. I told them that was ok but I wanted to give them the details so they could transfer it when they reopened. She told me to call back the next day. Luckily CVS had an entirely different approach. They went out of their way (which I didn't expect) and I had my prescriptions less than 30 minutes later. Guess where I'll be going from now on!!

Well stocked and friendly staff. They were super helpful as I have never returned a FedEx item to a Walgreen so I was a little confused. They got'er done quick and easy

This store is out of EVERYTHING all the time, and the list of customer complaints is long. The people of this area can no longer tolerate this corporate giant. Walgreens, it's time you left Eau Claire. You're not welcome here.

AFTER spending $$ at the register up front, my husband had asked to use the bathroom. It was after 6, but we didn't realize or see a sign that bathrooms were off limits after a certain time for paying customers. Anyways, the lady up front had told my husband to wait in the back by the bathroom sign, and someone else would come unlock it for him. After waiting 15 min. No one had showed up so i went up front again to ask. Again we were told to wait. Someone finally shows up... to stand at the middle register, ignoring us. I had to ask and was RUDELY told bathroom is closed after 6. I tried to say we were told to wait, and before I could say that she interrupted me saying VERY loudly in front of other customers that she was the manager and she said NO. Treating us like we'd been wandering around aimlessly off the street not buying anything. Why treat someone, besides a paying customer this way? Needless to say we'll never step foot in this store again. The CVS down the street were more than accommodating to us

Called twice on 3/3/22 during work hours about 3 prescriptions being ready for pickup. Go to pick them up on 3/5/22 and I'm told they put one back and that I would have to wait 45 minutes for them to refill it.Not the first time there has been pharmacy issues at this location. ?

The pharmacy is the most unprofessional, inefficient place I have ever dealt with. Customer service at its WORSE. When will these idiots realize "customers" are the reason they are employed.
