I was hesitant at first but after spending on average $150+ at VIOC each time i thought i would give it a try. Other than putting on a FRAM oil filter, I was extremely satisfied and only paid half of what VIOC charges. Next time I will ask if i can upgrade the installed filter.

It took nearly a week to have someone answer the phone just to set an appointment to get 4 tires I bought online put on my car. I had the rims off the car so it should of been easy to schedule. It seems no one could do anything but the manager. I also brought a battery in for warranty replacement. It took a long time for testing so I was home when they said it qualifies for replacement. They said come in before 7pm to get a new one. Once I came in at 6:53 they were locked up and gone. I then drove around to the front walked all the way to customer service and it was still only 6:58 and I seen all the car guys already walking out main doors. I asked if they could just grab my battery and they wouldn't so I came back another day and no one can remember me dropping off the battery and I'm now out $150 and worse yet one of my tires got blown on the way home just 6 miles on it.

I was having battery problems and the person that helped me out was amazing. She went all out to make sure I had everything taken care of before I left the auto center.

Horrible experience. Don't let them touch your car. If you buy tires at Walmart for the love of God take them somewhere else and have them installed by professionals. Got four new tires, had one go flat the same day. They installed a faulty valve stem in one of the tires and replaced my wheel cover in a position that covered the valve stem so I had to jack up my car and take all the lug nuts off and reposition my wheel cover just to be able to put air in my tire again. Brought it back to the shop and after a first inspection they insisted the tire was holding air. After I demanded they inspect it again they found the faulty valve stem, then I was told because I allowed it to go flat I voided the warranty. Took no responsibility for the issue they caused and charged me again to replace the valve stem. Paid for mounting and balancing but all four wheels were so out of balance I thought they were going to jump right off the car. Took it to a tire shop and had to pay again to have the job done right. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration by never allowing anyone at Walmart to ever touch your vehicle.

I loved being able to order tires on line. Gave me time to do some research. Staff at the Hasting Walmart auto center are easy to work with.

(-) Terrible Automotive Customer Service from Coach Terry who is essentially a regional manager. Purchased 4 new tires at Walmart.com. At the installation, Automotive said they couldn't lift my truck to perform the job due to damaging my brake lines. I left with my tires and had a competitor perform the installation. After a month, the tires were leaking air. I took it for service at the competitor, they performed troubleshooting and repairs for free. Still leaked, took to Walmart, they performed troubleshooting and repairs which I was charged for. Still leaked air. Engaged Walmart to utilize the store, Walmart.com and the manufacturer warranty on the tires. Took months to get to their help with countless calls/voicemails etc with empty promises/lies. In the end Terry hung up on me, no resolution. My family's safety is in jeopardy and obviously Terry is in no capacity to represent a Fortune 500 Company, much less ensure his customers are satisfied. Walmart has lost my business.

There very nice they were closed but still let me in since I just popped my tire but they never have what you need for your car you need windshield wipers good luck

Tried to go here to buy a battery and get it installed. They do not take appointments for battery installs, but the lady said to call ahead to see if they were busy. I did and she suggested coming at 3pm. When I got there, the doors were closed because they were short staffed. I tried 2 other Walmart Auto care centers and none of them had enough staff to install my battery and they do not take appointments. Do NOT try to get a battery installed here.

A great experience from the call to getting an appointment to the promp on time of the installation of 4 tires, balance, etc. The technicians were friendly and experienced. The price was good.

I have tried calling here multiple times and nobody EVER seems to answer the phone! It's a bit difficult to set up an appointment, to have any services done, when nobody ever picks up the phone!

Had all 4 tires replaced. Nice people, fast work, would recommend. They did put the impact on the fake nuts of the hubcap and tell me they could not get the wheels off and could not do it at first, but after showing them they were pry off hub caps, with fake nuts, (95 chevy) the service went good.

I ordered tires on walmart.com and called the store when they were delivered and they had me scheduled within 48 hrs. It took an hour to put them on. Great service

Didn’t help me with my flat tire, very disappointed because I had my flat there while I was shopping at Walmart.
