After dishing out $2300 for a $30 part and 2 weeks to fix it, does not fit with me very well. Telling me it would be a day or 2 to fix it was fine. After 4 days I called and was told the mechanic said I should have the bearings replaced on the spindles of the 425 tractor. I said yes to it then 2 days later they said they could not get the bearings out but to replace the 3 spindles. The tractor was loosing power when I engaged the blades and I told them that at first to check the ignition module and coils. They said they were working fine but never let the tractor warm up. I brought it home and ran it 5 minutes and had the same problem I had when first brought in. I took it back and 2 days later I had to call to see what was done. They replaced the modual and now it works. Sorry RDO, but I learned an expensive lesson. You won't see me in any of your shops again.

I received great customer service from Brad who sold me my x370 riding mower. He answered a lot of questions when it came to setting up the bagger collection system. He providing a helpful orientation for operating the tractor.

This was an initial encounter, and there were several busy personnel and I was able to Speak with Bill Martodam who was very knowledgeable about stock on hand and interested in verifying what size of Zero-turn I was looking for. It seems that Bill may have a principal stake in this location that he shares with his brother. Bill was very personable and an asset to the lasting success of this local business. I was not ready to pull the trigger on a John Deere, but I will definitely keep this location as a possibility for my future needs as they develop. Thanks for your courtesy attention.

I had a problem with a snowblower impeller shear pin that was sheared off and I couldn't get it out of the shaft. I called RDO in Hawley expecting I wouldn't able to get my blower fixed and would have to leave it. Long story short, I live 25 miles from the Hawley RDO on a long rural driveway buried in snow. The folks at RDO got my blower in and fixed it in about an hour so I could get my driveway cleared. Thanks Gary and staff!

Got a problem with the rear truck tire. We stopped by RDO Equipment in Hawley, Minnesota and Matt who jumped right on it and helped us get on our way. We first stopped at Davis Tire Shop, but they refused to help us, seeing we were towing a big fifth wheel. Much appreciation to the mechanics at RDO. You are the best!
