You guys need to hire people that know how to read. I'm tired of having to do your job and go get my own mail from other people's houses, or to deliver them their mail, because your employees don't know how to read a name and address. You guys get paid very well, have the best state benefits, and yet you can't take five seconds to make sure you're delivering to the right house? Why do I have to do your job? I have lived at the same home since 2012 and have never once entered my name or address wrong on anything, yet I have to do your job for you at least once a month, this is absolutely insane.
Update - don't bother filing any complaints on this location because they'll tell you they're gonna take care of it and speak to their employees, and yet again I am missing mail that was supposed to have been delivered days ago, and they're trying to say that I need to wait 10 days and that they've never once received a complaint on their location. I have emails with the USPS website about this, but alright.

Literally the BEST post office I've dealt with! Staff are always friendly and happy to help. The lobby and office are neat, clean, and ready to assist with any mail needs. I love the Hayfield Post Office!

Not happy, orderd a package on Tuseday was told GUARANTEED delivery by Thursday the 18th , later get a notification that package was droped of at the post office because it was "too big", on friday the 19th I drove out of my way to get to said post office, was told package was no longer there and would be delivered a bit later that day nothing came or showed up. Saturday the 20th rolls around and still nothing. Today i Get to the post office and still nothing and i have tried calling the office multiple times but each time i can't get through. I tried calling the main j3 for usps but has a waiting time of close to an hour. I am not happy I needed that equipment on Thursday! I will update the ratings when i get my packages.
