“I was traveling through Herman, stopped for gas and drove off a curb and busted my kickstand spring...I know, rookie mistake for a guy who's being riding a couple of minutes. Anyway, I was directed to take my scoot to Tom's garage. I found Tom elbow deep in a repair, I explained my crisis and he all but stopped what he was doing to help me out...can't find that kind of customer service at a dealership. He popped that spring on and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes, if I wasn't in a hurry I should've bought him a cold one.
