My viper quit working. I called they said bring it up we can take a look. He fixed it in the parking lot. Great costumer service. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. I walk in knowing what I want. I walk out with something different that's 2/3 the cost and am loving every bit of it. I seriously recommend mend these guys. Sadly I won't be able to see them again. After buying a subwoofer from them they offered to Intall the sub into my box, then went above and beyond to tune my amp for me. It sounds amazing.

I have taken my vehicle here for an after market radio and today for a super quick fix on a subwoofer issue I had where I was just an idiot. Both times the staff was super nice and helpful. I'll be moving my current after-market to a new vehicle in 2022 and FOR CERTAIN will trust auto audio with this project.

I scheduled an appt 4 weeks out for a remote start install. the guy i spoke to said he had the parts in stock and scheduled me for nov 11. i made 100 deposit and was never made aware of any policy for cancelling an appt (not getting deposit back) nor was i emailed a receipt or invoice with policy on it and the manager admitted i didnt get the invoice with the policy. today 10/27/21 i called to cancel my appt due to the fact that i sold that car. was advised per policy i would not be refunded the deposit and would only be given store credit. i made him aware that he never told me about this policy when i scheduled. he stated he was the one who scheduled me and admitted i didnt get the policy. they should either tel;l everyone about the policy when taking deposits or honor a full refund especially since my appt is still 3 weeks away. he stated he would have to talk to someone but theres no guarantees of anything. wont be going back here ever again. poor communication and poor management. policies can only be in place and followed with verbal/written acknowledgment for the consumer otherwise policies are broken and contracts are invalid. ***Update the owner has edited his response twice and stated that because of my review he is unwilling to work with me and theres nothing more he can do. i cussed him out for his poor business. he asked me what i thought a deposit was for and i explained that the issue is that no one stated to me the purpose of the deposit when i scheduled. i was under an impression that it was to hold my spot for nov 11. he stated it was for a special part needing to be ordered. the issue isnt that a part was ordered (which by the way a company can return and the owner stated that to me) the issue is that i was never made aware that a part was even ordered. the owner stated i was told this was being reviewed and that i should have given it time prior to posting this review.
