I am a watchmaker and these people break a tremendous amount of watches because they don't know how watches are supposed to come apart and go back together. Happy as I am to get the business, I'm equally unhappy that they have no shame, not enough training, and pass the risk of their incompetence onto the consumer. When I was next door to batteries plus getting some work done on my car, I went over and offered to help them learn and they puffed their chests out and told me they were trained enough. Whether that was a sick joke or very misplaced pride, it's a terrible situation to be on the receiving end of as a customer. If you hate your watch, please take it here to get the battery changed.

The wife and I were in Duluth camping for a week and one of the days we were out riding stopped to gas up and then the bike wouldn't start. Volt gauge indicated about 10 volts. Bad battery you ask? Yup. Bad battery. Got it going again after push start (not easy to pop start an ultra limited by the way lol) and went straight to batteries plus. The 2 guys working were very helpful and they
had several of the exact battery I needed to get rolling again. They let me change it in their parking lot and even let me wash my hands afterwards in their storeroom in back. Good people, good prices and great service!

I tried Best Buy AND the Apple Store to get a new battery. They didn’t have it in stock and I’d have to leave my phone (a iPhone SE) with them until they got the part. I got a new Apple battery and a new screen same day with Batteries Plus! Done in less than two hours! The worker was great.

I purchased online to get 15% off curbside pickup but app wouldn’t allow me to get core charge credit. Had to go in store and redo the whole order. Now I would rather deal with a sales person in store any day. What’s frustrating is they can’t offer 15% off in store only online. Just seems like a waste of time to go through the whole online hassel. The whole process took more time for the salesman and myself, seems like they need to fine tune the online order process. Why can’t they offer the same deal in store and keep the customer sales person relation on a service level. Would make more sense to me.

Back in December I broke my phone screen, (water)steam made it black out. The phone was working but the screen was black making it unable to use. Boxtronics actually recommended I go here because the only screen they had for my phone ended up being faulty.
Batteries plus fixed my phone with a new screen for like 150$ and let me know I had a six month warranty. I have always had horrible luck with phones, I'm clumsy; last week I got the yellow/green/red screen of death, the fixed it up for me, today my dang phone screen popped off and detached from the body and they fixed it up for me again free under warranty. They also checked to make sure nothing got damaged or disconnected from the screen separating. They're very knowledgeable and have been a great help with all of my phone issues. I would recommend their services for any of your phone repair needs.
