I was there last week to get my eyebrows waxed. Ciera was my stylist. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and spent time perfecting my eyebrows. I will definitely be going to her in the future.

My husband got his hair cut today, Wednesday Dec 8th at around 12:30pm and they did a TERRIBLE JOB. I sent him in with pictures of the very simple, straight forward style he wanted and the stylist confirmed she could easily do that. He end left the pic up on his phone for her to reference while she cut and she still messed it up. It's entirely too short and not the style we wanted.When he told her it was too short she was apologetic but didn't offer to make it right. Because my husband is a nice man he left without saying anything more but was very unhappy when he got home. So I decided to call the salon for him and try to get his money back since he felt like he didn't get what he paid for.I spoke to the woman who cut his hair at around 2pm. I was calm and polite when I told her the issue and what I wanted to happen (a refund) and she was very defensive and argumentative with me. She told me she would have to contact the district manager to approve a refund and then told me the district manager was out of town until tomorrow (what a funny coincidence) when I offered to call myself. I then asked her for her name so that I would be able to call back and talk to her tomorrow after she assured me she'd talk to the d.m. herself, and she JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back a few times and she won't answer now. I never did get her name. But she was incredibly unprofessional and rude and I don't believe she'll be talking to the district manager about my refund.Very disappointed in the service we received here today. My husband is a nice man and he was taken advantage of. Then your stylist lied to me on the phone afterwards. Very unprofessional!!Service: Haircut

My husband and I went there Thanksgiving eve, and had a very unpleasant experience even as regular users of their services. No proper eye contact rude and distracted. Instead of helping us with two people made us wait 5 minutes while they both were chatting with the walmart workers. Lastly the lady was rude when I was asking for change to tip her. I was going to post her name but I will hold back. Just felt unappreciated as a paying customer who goes there every 2 to 3 months...

I went in today to get a hair cut, I told them shoulder length and slightly shorter in the back and get longer towards the front.... my hair is not anywhere NEAR that. It’s to my chin and choppy.... I look like Willy wonka
