I am sure the work will be very well done with our daughters jeep once they do finally get it finished. I am not one to complain as I work in customer service as well and we understand with the pandemic that is why the parts took so long to get there.The part we are unhappy about is that there was lack of communication to us with an update of status on how it is looking for when it would be done once they did receive the part.We would have to call them all the time instead of them calling us. We felt like we were a bother every time we called, but that was the only way we would know. Was to be done officially today after getting a call from insurance last week stating they said would be done on Thursday next week and then yesterday getting a call from David it would be done today for her to pick up. The afternoon came and we needed to know if we had to drive up to Duluth to pick up the other vehicle she was loaning so we could get it back to its owners. So we had to call up there age and the other lady said so sorry David states it will not be done now until sometime next week. How many times are they going to keep telling us this every time we call? As a business owner you should be calling your customers if you want them to keep coming back in the future.I do see nothing but good reviews from others and how great communication is. Not with us.Personally I would not recommend bringing your vehicle there due to the lack of updates they do give there customers and leaving you hanging on when the vehicle will be completed, but this was the 1st place we picked to have tow truck driver bring after her accident.Services: Body & Trim
