Had a great experience with Jake. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to get me a good monthly rate, after the first one was a little high he was able to lower it. He gave me his personal number as well and has been quick to respond with any concerns I had about the vehicle. Overall a great experience and Jake is great!

Let me just say that- they have a good choice and variety - if you are making over 100K. Almost no affordable options, and on those few they still have - yep, that's right: payment plans are a violent rip-off. I'd say if you buy a used car from there, you can be sure to still have a couple of years in payments, while the car itself would be long time since scrapped.\\n'We just go with the market' - that's all you gonna hear when it comes to financial questions. But if you're rich - go for it, they will give you the best service for this particular reason. :)

Terrible customer service. We purchased a 2023 3500 HD. Put money down and planned to trade in our 2016 truck. Took maybe a only a couple weeks for the truck to get there which was fine. The salesman, Dave texted to say truck was in and in order to not miss out on the $500 rebate it needed to be finalized by April 3rd. Husband went in on Monday April 3rd to get truck, finalize financing, do the trade in, and had a large check for partial purchase also. Husband was told that Dave was not in that day. He checked his text again . It said Monday the 3rd. Another salesperson helped and said Dave had him on the calendar for Tuesday the 4th. ??? Okay so a different salesperson took over since no Dave. First look at the truck and no running boards. Pretty hard to get in and out of a big truck without them. When asked about them husband was told they were on back order for 1-2 weeks . Okay... somewhat doable. Then came the financing. Interest rate was much higher than originally discussed with Josh the finance person. Josh was told that truck would probably be refinanced due to such a high rate . An extended warranty was also purchased. We went to our local bank the next day for a much lower interest rate and we're told that we could also get an extended warranty through them that was less expensive, no copay, gap insurance included, and could bring it to the place of our choice. So Josh was called, and called , and called to have him cancel extended warranty. Finally it took a special trip to make sure things were done on April 10th. We then found out the money from the extended warranty cancellation was credited to GM financial which was fine, but $1100 of it was not applied. When Josh was asked about it he said the insurance company was responsible for that part. We'll we thought Josh would be making calls and getting this done. We called and called again and again with no response from him. Our bank said to call the extended warranty insurance place ourselves. We did and found out that they never received a penny, and that the policy was not cancelled until April 24th. Another call to a manager at Kolar since Josh wasn't being truthful or returning calls . He looked into it and said someone dropped the ball and they would be sending us a check in the mail for the missing $1100. The check was received. If we wouldn't have kept on it where was that $1100 going to go? A weasel and a sneak in my opinion. So still no running boards. Again more phone calls to Dave and no responses. Finally after leaving a message saying that the lack of running boards was getting to be a safety issue and we'd take it up the ladder if he couldn't help us out he called. He said no need to involve others and to keep it between us. He did call to keep us in the loop in the days to come. Then he said they were having meetings on it and cooperate was involved. Then they didn't know what was going on with the running boards , but they had others to fit or we could get money back for what was originally paid for them. This should have been an option from day one. Another pair was purchased and put on by Kolar on May 11, but for an additional $390. I don't believe for all the waiting, stories, and trouble , that there should have even been and additional charge. We were told... truck is ready on or around April 1. No... it was not ready without running boards. Kolar said it was GM to blame for the running board snafu. Hard to know what is truth and what is lies. All in all I'd say they can't be trusted. We spent over $70k and after signing the deal and driving off the lot we were ignored and treated poorlyTerrible customer service. Frustrating and maddening experience.

I bought a car here and it turned out it had an oil leak a very expensive repair however the dealership was very good and fixed it no charge even though it did cost me travel time and a rental car. Doug was great as a salesman.

This business has declined greatly over the past several years. We went for a specific vehicle, financing already in place, and cash down payment in hand. We test drove the vehicle and we're told it had just gone through this grand inspection and there were no issues. My husband popped the hood and found the coolant reservoir completely empty and the hose flaccid. They pulled it inside, filled it up, and doused the engine with water. It made us nervous as it had supposedly just come out of its inspection and that was an obvious thing to have missed. We decided we would just keep an eye on it. as soon as we asked to write up our purchase and the F&I manager got involved everything went bad fast. Josh had a chip on his shoulder immediately because we had our own financing in place. He claimed he had worked with our finance company many times and it was straightforward but that's where the lies began. We were financing through USAA and there is a simple form for the dealer to request the funds from the bank. It has the dealer information, their bank account information, and a very obvious line for how much the bank owes the dealership. It also explains clearly that the dealer must complete all information or it will not be funded and will slow things down. We signed our papers on a Thursday, paid our down payment, and signed over title to our trade. Kolar wouldn't allow us to take our new vehicle, despite all of this. We have it over the weekend and on Monday they still claimed things weren't done yet our large down payment check cleared from our bank that morning. Tuesday morning rolled around and they still were claiming we couldn't come get our vehicle so I called USAA as Kolar said they weren't going to let us take our vehicle until the USAA funds arrived also. When I spoke with USAA I was informed that Josh at Kolar had not completed the paperwork correctly- he had left blank the spot where it told USAA how much to send them. I informed Josh of this and he fixed the paperwork and sent it back in. He wouldn't admit his mistake and still wouldn't allow us to take our vehicle despite this being his mistake. Next I spoke with Sales Manager Damien who spent time looking into it and on Wednesday evening, 6 days after we signed everything for the car, he told me we could come pick up the car the following day because he had called the bank and was comfortable that everything was lined up. Thursday I receive a text from our salesperson telling me they still hadn't received funding and I replied back that we would be in later to pick up our vehicle per Damien's call the night before. Almost immediately my phone rings and it's Josh, the finance guy, telling me we cannot take the car that day. I was then told Damien, the sales manager, was no longer employed there. Josh was extremely unprofessional during the conversation and I informed him we were canceling the transaction and would be in to be refunded our down payment and get our title back on our trade. Then I received a call from our salesperson trying to save the deal. I informed Kolar we were canceling and would be in for our refund shortly. We walked in at 4:30 and were ignored until Josh messaged a coworker to give us our papers/check as he was pretending to be on a phone call to avoid us. Walked out to our car and went to mobile deposit the refund check which was a USBANK check who happens to be our bank also. The mobile deposit failed and said to check with the writer of the check as to why. Nope! We decided to drive to the local USBANK office and walked in right before closing for help. They were great but when the bank manager took the check and looked at it, she turned to a coworker and said, "Someone at Kolar is writing checks on the account with the hold again!" She looked at us and saw the concern and assured us we would get taken care of but it definitely added to our distrust of Kolar and after putting pieces together it sure sounds as if this business is in some sort of trouble financially an

My one, and only time getting service here was for some recall stuff on my truck. The service was fantastic, the truck was ready when they said, and I’m sure I will go back there again.

Great, I was able to look at some vehicles and talk with sales on what I wanted in a truck. Looking forward to getting that truck soon. No pressure at all.

They were asking $14,000 for a 12-year-old car with 120,000 MI that had been sideswiped from front to the rear and we're not willing to negotiate at all.

I put 5k down on a 2013 GMC Terrain, and a week later the AWD went out, and two months later, no solution, just a bill for the repair. I will never buy a vehicle from Kolar again.
