Would give zero stars, if able. Bought a car there, the manager tried to sell me a $2,500 warranty for 5 years. Deceptively pushed my loan from 60 months to 63 in order to make it fit under a $500 monthly... Just a super shady place. Sales person was good. Manager is not. So, there's that.

It is better to travel 2+ hours to a different Subaru service if you live in this area. Unreliable, messy, and untrustworthy service. First bad experience was 2 years ago, unfortunately didn't have the time to drive the 7hours today. (yes, 7 hours to a better service) and disappointed will Miller Hill Subaru yet again. Such a shame.

I brought my 2019 Impreza in for a oil change and I told the service representative that I was hearing brake noise and I asked it they could check the brakes. She said they would do it with a tire rotation. I said I just had the tires rotated there on my last oil change. They couldn't help me . That's nice brakes are a safety concern, they could have helped me in this regard. I took my keys back and said that I would go somewhere else. I have been a regular customer there but no more. Very poor customer service.

Everyone was friendly. However the back could be a little bit more organized. I went in to get an oil change. Had an appointment. Well they have desks on both sides of the bay when you pull in. I was asked what I was there for. I said an oil change. Apparently I should’ve said oil change appointment. Because the gentleman directed me to the desk on the left. After waiting 10 minutes to be helped, turned out the lady couldn’t help me. Because I was supposed to go to the desk on the right side of the room. So then I go over there and the guy can’t find the papers for my appointment. They should probably put bold signs above the desks stating appointments or no appointment work to avoid confusion and time wasted. Other than that, it was a decent experience.Well I scheduled an oil change. Got a voicemail canceling my appointment. Was told to just come on in and use the express lane for oil changes. Came in at a quarter past noon on Saturday and was told there wasn’t any room for the rest of the day. She suggested I make an appointment. ? this place needs new management. It’s poorly ran.

Miller Hill Subaru staff has always been pleasant and helpful when I need to have my 2018 Outback's annual checkupMy husband passed away that year and it is important for me to have people I can trust working on my car because I am certainly ignorant! I am 86 years old, driving since I was 16 and have never had an accident that an insuance company cared about. Plan to drive as long as it makes sense.Today I got there an hour early and the gentleman said he would have them working as soon as they could, and it was less than a half hour!I hadn't had time to eat lunch so I was happy to enjoy a bag of their always fresh popcorn and a bottle of cold water.After I got back in the car it dawned on me that they had done a complimentary cleanup of the cab area!Love that place and their great employees! My battery provided by Subaru less than two years ago has been dying frequently. AAA help me last night and said one of the cells may be dead. Went to Subaru of was told by Deven in the service department that AAA probably lied. Deven told me it would take one hours maybe up to two to check the battery but would let me know after the first hour. Devan Wilder didn’t come back. At two hours I went looking for him. He told me they were just wrapping it up. At 2 1/2 hours I went looking for him again and he told me he was waiting for the keys. And nearly 3 hours The car was ready with no fault found in the battery. I told him it was the worst service I’ve had in 15 years because he never came to me. He lost track of his customer. He knew his customer was angry and still didn’t follow up timely. He said they were really busy: He wanted me to feel grateful that they reduced the charge by $20 and only charge me $58 and three hours of my time in there‘s with no resolve. I asked him the cost of simply buying a new battery and then told him it would’ve been cheaper for me for them and for my clients To have purchased it myself in the beginning and not asked for their help.It started by accusing AAA is lying yet he lied about keeping me updated and then charge me. I will certainly not come back to this service again.Service: Battery

I bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox exactly one year ago...I'm already almost $2000 into repairs and now I'm told the timing chain could go anytime...when I was told about some issues by Valvoline four months after I bought it, I took it in and showed them the list of issues. The service manager told me they always list everything even if the issue is unlikely to happen for some time...BS! NEVER buy a used car at Miller Hill Subaru!!
