Great experience, easy check in. Recommendation- check the mileage on the paperwork vs. the actual mileage on the odometer before you leave. If we had not checked we would have been charged for an additional 15-20 miles. Suggestion, take a photo of the odometer and text it to yourself before you leave the parking lot.

Although I made a reservation a month ahead, and received 2 confirmations, they called less than a week before the move and said they wouldn't have the vehicle available. The offered a larger vehicle but not for the same date and time. The extent of the help they provided was to give me the number of their regional office so I could call and try and find another option. No luck due to end of month moving activity. The lesson is don't count on them because "confirmed" doesn't mean confirmed, and they aren't going to lift a finger to help when you get bumped due to over booking or bad planning. And surprise, here's the message I got when I tried to leave feedback on their site: "There was an error processing your request" "Something went wrong on our end. We've made a log of what happened, and will fix the issue as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes." Good luck if you go ahead and rent from this place, you will need it!!

Wow worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I just wanted a simple price quote and the guy on the phone, Doug, was being very pushy for business and getting frustrated that I wanted to know all my options. He hung up on me!!
