My frequent visits to Sam's have always been enjoyable, particularly due to their excellent sushi. However, today's experience left a bitter taste in my mouth due to the poor customer service from the store's greeter. Arriving in a rush around 4 p.m., I encountered the greeter standing in the middle of the entrance. Despite my attempts to navigate around him, I was met with insults from the individual. While I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt, being berated after apologizing for an honest mistake is bad business (I stepped on a the edge of the foot mat he must have been moving). It's clear that this individual may be better suited for a non-customer facing role, as their behavior detracts from otherwise pleasant experiences.

I recommend Sam’s club but not the members mark sheets. They changed the fabric formula and I bought some online and got my order this week. They are pretty terrible. I want the ones I bought last year and the year before. The new sheets are scratchy, yuk.

Filled up with fuel at the Sam's Club Gas Station on May 1 and started having car trouble almost immediately on the drive home. The car had no problems before gas was pumped, but within 5 minutes of driving away the car was sputtering and stalling. We were lucky to make it home. Once parked, the car wouldn't start. It had to be towed to a mechanic where they confirmed that the car's fuel tank was almost 100% filled with WATER. We had to spend over $800 to get it fixed! We had to rent a car and pay for the rental out of pocket while waiting for the repairs. After calling to complain about the gas, I received communication to file a claim for reimbursement, but I received nothing for the hours of time spent trying to get the issue resolved. A simple phone call from management as a courtesy to follow up with customers who pay to visit the store and gas pumps would go a long way in making me feel better about the major problems they caused.

This pharmacy is amazing! They are always friendly and very helpful! They mail our prescriptions to us and we always get them within a day or two. Couldn't be happier!

I grew up a Costco guy, since moving to the Midwest I've had the pleasure to being able to visit Sam's Club. Not much different than Costco, same basic model but with some differences. Different name brands are associated with Sam's Club then you will find at the other company, and I'm not complaining. I enjoy the quality, the variety and the cost from both companies but I like being able to get different brands or different items than what I was used to seeing. I will maintain a membership here, as well as the other guys I will frequent them equally.

Don’t recommend going to the bakery. I was very frustrated after today. I had placed and order last week and came in today for pickup and couldn’t find the slip or order anywhere. And not only that I had to wait a half hour for someone to come help me. Stood there waiting. Not to thrilled about that. Better call ahead next time.
