“The return process in the dark in the rain was terrible and connecting to the location with the app was terrible because it kept timing itself out. It took forever and there wasn't much direction as to where to leave the vehicle. The having a new truck, was FIRE! It ran great and had the creature comforts that are in your everyday vehicle that made everything run smoother and more comfortable (very different/positive experience than driving the old pickup with 200k miles). I hate the entrance to the place because it's blind and not well marked (again, especially in the dark, in the rain), but everything on pickup was smooth and went very quickly. Thank you!”
