Dropped off a snowblower on Tuesday. Told them I wasn't in a huge hurry since it is only September. He called me the next day and told me it was done, just needed a little carburetor repair. Great price too! Highly recommend Willman Service.

I have had a few things repaired they're.I like it when I drop something off and they give me a time frame of when it will be done. It's usually done in half that time. So far, the price of the repairs have been more than reasonable!Thank you, Willman Service Inc.

Brought my 96 xplorer 300 in to get the recoil fixed.First, a week pasted without hearing from them, called the next Friday and was told the repair person was on vacation the entire week, wouldn’t get worked on till Monday.Another week goes by and hear nothing, then on the following Tuesday they call and tell me it’s ready and that they also replaced the new starter I had put in. The stater they replaced had about 30-40 starts total on it. The wheeler hadn’t been on a trail since I couldn’t get the recoil to work but somehow the case was full of mud. Of course they didn’t take pictures or have the ‘old’ starter available. The price for this work was quoted at $300. Mins you they didn’t bother to call and let me know they were changing the starter, just went ahead and did it.The recoil kit retail is about $30 and the starter is about $50. They charged 180 for recoil and about the same for the starter as it’s listed on the paperwork I got when I went to pick up the machine. They then tell me they took my brakes apart because the caliper was stuck. I advised I’d be able to do that work and to please not mess with something I didn’t authorize, again. Show up to get the machine back and they had pulled the caliper out and just decided not to put it back in. So now I have zero brakes. To top it off when I’m at the register he tells me the bill is $457… that’s a bit of an increase. They ended up at the $300 mark to return to me a machine with no brakes and a new starter that I’m relatively confident I didn’t need. Please never go to this shop.

Bent my shift on my mower. Brought it in. The guy was honest and said it would cost more to fix than I paid for it. Gave me 50 bucks trade in value. Bought a used mower from him. Rums great. No nonsense kinda place.

Brought my snowblower and tractor in to replace leaking seals. They told me it would take 5 days. They left my equipment out in the rain for 5 weeks! Went to use them this winter and both throttle cables on each machine were destroyed, totally corroded from being left out in the rain for 5 weeks. Upon opening the aircleaner on the tractor I found a loose bolt totally out of place and air tube out of place. Every screw they touched was stripped on both machines and have now fallen out and disappeared. These machines have been handed down the family for 2 generations and have worked flawlessly since. The tractor still leaks, the snowblower doesn't run and all the screws are stripped. They wouldn't even give more than 45 seconds on the phone to explain what was wrong. Thanks for destroying my equipment jerks! Lazy doesn't describe it, more like 100% careless. If you care about your machines find another place.
