“Joby and his crew were able to repair scuffs and scratches from someone brushing nearly the whole length of the passenger side of my truck it's three years old and now looks like it could be brand new sitting in a dealers lot! They also helped me out with the rock guard on the hood protecting me from future damage down the road.

“Go there often and order things I need there often. Always get the right part the first time. Very knowledgeable staff and have also given me some pointers on fixing thing. Has worked out well for me at Napa. Bought a starter in December and it quit working in February. They gladly got me another one .These things happen with remanufactured parts sometimes. But Napa of Hibbing stood behind there parts and made me whole again.”

“I have been going for oil changes for years and have never had a problem but I got one yesterday and they messed with a lot in my car. This has never happened before so maybe it was a shorter person who brought my car in or a new policy but I thought it was kind of weird. Messed with all of my display settings on my dash, all of my mirrors were moved, and my seat was moved so far forwarded I knocked my knees when I got in. Other than everything else was great.”
