Was very upfront and honest with me telling me my old laptop would be too expensive to fix. I than bought one of his refurbished ones (which was cheaper than it would cost to put windows back on my old one) and the refurbished one works like it's brand new. Excellent and honest service. Highly recommend.

As a writer who nearly lost all her documents, I knew I needed some help understanding how to properly save them and use a flash drive. No matter how detailed the YouTube tutorials were, they did not help. I went to Brian, and he was very helpful, and walked me through every way to save them. He explained how to use a flash drive, and how to use OneDrive. He's very experienced and I will return with more computer questions.

I stopped by on a Monday morning to get my computer checked out after it wouldn't hold a charge.Brian was at his desk and was available to help me right away.He offered excellent advice and a great solution for my problem.I highly recommend C R Computers and will go back if I am ever in the area with computer issues.

Took the time to help my grandfather (85) out with his computer... turned out to be a power strip issue (not the computer at all), still took the time to help him out. Extremely happy with the service!
