Ferrellgas has always been prompt with deliveries and I've been with them for decades. Drivers always been polite and tolerate me when I get in the way and ask stupid questions! Had a tech out here that was very knowledgable and explained things in a clear matter when I had a leak on my tank and reg. line. No complaints in all those years.

The gas deliveries have all arrived in a timely manner. All the truck drivers have been very nice and professional. I am concerned about the shortage of staff at Ferrellgss local offices and dock personnel. It is now difficult, if not impossible, to get portable propane cylinders filled. When the drivers are all out deliveries, the office and dock are closed. I have to go to a competitor gas supplier to get my portable tanks filled. My question is, will Ferrellgas hire office staff and dock personnel soon to make being a Ferrellgas customer more convenient.

the service we receive is excellent, the drivers are very polite and know exactly where to park at our house as not to go over water line for wood boiler, we recommend this company to everyone

Easy and fast to take the payment. Slow to get me my gas!!!! Customer service isnt the greatest either! Always get a snotty lady :(
