Goodwill has many items to choose from, but donations in all departments make it look like a junk store. Christmas decorations remain and overstocked kitchen items are not moved. A new employee wearing cat ears and smelling of bo is very rude, though other staff are kind and polite. The shop is very clean, with good covid protocols. Customers are frustrated when donations are not accepted and wish the info were on the website.

I get so frustrated when I come there and they are not taking donations. It would be so helpful if they had that info on the website so we wouldn’t have to call each time.
