I went to great clips with a picture of what I wanted done. It was for fine hair like mine. What a got was not even close. She took a razor to my hair which I should have known wasn't right. I told her I wanted cut blow dry & style I got a choppy hair cut and mousse in it. Nothing else! So disappointed! Never going there again. Cost cutters is where I'll be going once this mess grows out. The picture is what I wanted done. I won't post a picture of my hair now to embarrassing

Made an online check in, half hour went by I drove to store and checked the app right before walking in, try to check in and they said they tried calling me which they did not and said the stylist had an emergency but the queue had 7 other people checked in.. obviously was lied to and my time wasted. Actually call people next time if you know you can’t get through all the haircuts before close. Thank you.

I liked how my hair looked, but I don't think the lady who cut my hair was washing her tools between haircuts because my scalp was on FIRE all day afterwards. I was running triple antibiotic cream through my hair and all over my neck because it was so bad.

Have a coupon for a 10.99 haircut, dated to expire one month from when I called, the coupon says online check in and a one time use code I couldn't find the use code area on the online check in I called and was told "they can try it there but the great clips coupons are not all taken by all great clips depends on the owners" eff you great clips send me a coupon for the owner here to turn it down, going to the Walmart hair place, gotta friend who works there anyways, the girls at great clips flirt for tips too fyi, oh and last time I went there the dresser took a chunk out my fade in the rear and when I noticed it I didn't freak out but she tried saying it was there lmao

I didn't have to wait long, the haircut was just as I liked, and got a shampoo too. Lookin' good, feelin' great! I won't go anywhere else.
Requested style: I like my cut with a #2 or a 1-1/2 depending on the season, finger-length on top so I can comb my hair over. Other places may call it a 'basic men's cut', but I prefer being specific about what I like.

Cut your kids hair yourself, I am having to do so after a $20 haircut and $5 tip. What a waste. Will not return for any reason. Should have read the reviews and known better.
