Had our taxes done by Nicole. Going to get your taxes done is like going to the dentist. You really don’t wanna do it, but it has to be done. Nicole was wonderful, very knowledgeable. She made this tax experience one of the best we’ve had and we’re in our 70s so we’ve done taxes a lot. I highly recommend coming here to get your taxes done and it will be stress-free if you get Nicole. 🥰 five stars for Nicole.

These people are completely incompetent, gave me the run around for a week, misspelled my husband's name on our return, made me wait almost 2 hours to fix it, and charged $410 for a relatively simple return. Save your money and your sanity, and find a small local CPA instead.

My tax preparer was wonderful!!! She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She asked all the right questions and made sure I got all deductions I qualified for. She also gave me tips on how to possibly get more back next year in regards to the kids. I look forward to working with her in the future.

The ladies there were amazing!! They helped with my three year old while my taxes were being done ??? they all worked together as a team and went above and beyond and my tax professional made me feel so comfortable.

Well staff was nice but i paid for my taxes and now over 3 weeks later i call and they tell me they didnt know i paid so now i have to wait another 3 weeks to receive them but my kids taxes got done without me paying for mine being he's a dependent and received his 56 dollar check i think i should be refunded my preperation fee very disappointed been a costumer for many years now

Our tax pro understood our tax situation and handled our tax return very well. She was able to restore our information that had been deleted by another firm and serve us well with short notice and close time constraints.
