“Manager Greeted us promptly. She was Efficient, polite, cordial. Answered all of our questions. Offered suggestions, yet did not “smoother” us. Seemed to be training new employee. Less than stellar behavior: more focused on employee training. Shouting questions to us ( we were not invited to sit closer). Showed us the insurance. Added plan to purchase before getting final approval (very bad). I only knew because I asked about the insurance after the sale was final.”
