US Bank has been so much better on the wait times, they always have another person come when there is a line of any amount, even if it’s just one person waiting, I truly appreciate that! Thank you to the people who work at us bank! :)

Please open more than 1 teller. I can’t sit and wait in line for 20 minutes to do a deposit with some cash back. The last manager would at least open another line when backed up. The bank tellers are awesome, but since Kari left as manager the wait time is ridiculous.

Favorite US Bank branch. The staff is awesome. Real, everyday down to earth people. Great lobby tunes, access to business bankers, investment advisors and mortgage lenders.
