When they have packages and say there out for delivery it would be helpful if that what they did, instead of leaving ppl wondering where their packages are or wondering if they're lost, then delivering them a day or two later. This is not right. Bad service from this post office 100%

Held on to my package for a week with no reason and I live half a block from the post office. I finally got in to just go pick it up and there was no explanation or apology.
Last time I went I had a good experience, but this time it was frustrating.

Packages were not delivered despite forwarding info.on file with the PO. PO staff indicates the sender requested they be returned although the seller clearly indicated rhey were not returnable. The PO is also charging me for the second delivery when i already paid this charge at the time i ordered the items.
