They must be careful with what they sell, my tortillas came out damaged, and I bought a chicken that already had a bad smell, be careful with that,

Advantages: You find a variety of products, the food is good, and enough parking.
Disadvantages: High prices. The customer service is terrible, the place is small for the number of people who enter, the place is not cleaned very well, it looks dirty

I frequently visit this place for the quesadilla since I’m vegetarian and really enjoy the sides and vegetables they offer. However, I’ve had a couple of negative experiences with one specific employee.
On one occasion, I went with a friend, and we asked for sour cream since it’s listed on the menu. The employee argued with us, insisting it costs extra. Her coworker pointed out that it was indeed included, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, she seemed annoyed and gave us uncomfortable looks. Later, when I asked for salsa verde, she acted like it was an inconvenience.
Today, I went back to order the same thing. The same employee was laughing and whispering to her coworker while preparing my order, which made us feel uncomfortable and confused. When I opened my food, I noticed I had received only half of the usual portion despite paying full price. The quesadilla was split in half, with just one thin slice of avocado and barely any lettuce inside.
I understand if menu portions or policies change under management direction, but this felt intentional and unprofessional. As a regular customer, this experience was really disappointing.

The black-haired lady was laughing and looking at my friend and my ugly man. And our quesadilla was children's size. It wasn't like the photo, and I always order the same thing. According to what they give the tortilla, which is always my turn when there is no “regular” size (the size of children. The portion was as if it scared them.

I went there on Friday and tried their tamales, the tamales were pure masa, they could be improved. But I like their sweet bread and pastries.

Again. I’m ordering from the meat market. The person that’s supposed to take my order runs away. Literally. Now this is the second time thats happened. I’ve already graduated from the cashiers from not speaking to now speaking. Whether that it their native tongue or English.
I went bananas. Like I told the worker that did understand English. I understand not knowing English because my father too didn’t know English. He’s Hispanic as well. And not just that . But their blood runs through my veins as well. Because my DNA says so.
I understand not being able to speak English. But it’s disappointing that one feels the need to run instead of getting someone that can help is disappointing. I go there and spend my money just as much as anyone else. I , we as English speakers deserve better than what I, were being treated. Like come on. I know this isn’t how they behave if they have to go to an American store. But I’ll say this much. I Will Not Spend My $ In That Store. If I have to go to an Asian market to get better or equal service. That’s what I’m gonna do.

We normally visit the Crystal store, but yesterday we had the opportunity to visit this branch and I loved it so much. The staff was much more friendly and attentive. The difference with the Crystal branch is notable. Although this store is 35 minutes from my location, it is worth the trip

You will not really find anyone who knows how speaks any English there but if you are down to use a little google translate or high school Spanish you will get one of the most authentic experience in town. Baked goods, grocery store, and restaurant are all amazing. Good luck ordering if you don't really speak Spanish though the worker at the counter could not understand my pronation of burrito 🤣.
