Just stopped for gas. My parents were traveling with us as a caravan. We both dropped $70 on gas. My 87 year old dad walked up to the employee, a tall grey haired man, and asked to use the restroom. The employee screamed at the top of his lungs at my dad saying "are you deaf? We're closed!" What a horrible thing to witness. We will never stop here again.

After a flat tire on I35 southbound at the end of the July 4th week I drove into this station. Dave was working there. He examined our tire, as he dealt with other customers, to see if it could be repaired, explained that it had been shredded on the inside because of the high speed puncture, checked the spare bicycle tire pressure I had put on out on the highway and told us our flat tire was a special order tire and we should drive back carefully to Minneapolis and get it replaced there. He didn't have a match for our tire. I offered him some money, which he turned down. He said he was just doing his job. Kudos to BP and Dave. I will stop there the next time I am on my way south or north through the Hinckley area. I really appreciated the welcome, the immediate efforts to determine how serious our flat was and then the advice Dave gave me.

We stopped here to use the bathroom on our way to duluth we were waiting for our family to use the bathroom and we were parked at an out of service pump the old man walked up to our door and didn't knock and just opened the door and told us to move our car so others could use the pump. I never felt so disrespected. Very intrusive !! And remind you no one was waiting to use a pump.
