There is one person I enjoy there and that actually does their job. But if you are a business and you care about your customers you might want to maintain your business and the quality of service that you provide your customers. You have three ATMs if someone else takes care of them then you should stop paying them if you maintain them you should maintain them or just get rid of them. Same with the nitro coffee either do your jobs or get rid of it I shouldn't have to pay for less quality because you can't do your work or maintain something that literally every one of your employees sign their name stating they would work for money

Worst kwik trip i have ever been to. None of the coffee machines work properly or theyre missing milk or beans or both. There was one guy working the counter with a long line and kitchen staff just putting around. Cant believe how many kitchen staff and how bad the coffee stations were. Hinckley is a dump itself. Won't ever stop at this kwik trip again.

This kwik trip sucks, worst kwik trip of all kwik trips. I've been to numerous locations. One hour parking signs now. Yea that really helps the working man's situation. I buy 1500 to 2000 dollars worth of fuel here and an occasional snack/ drink when it's available and the coolers aren't empty. Not anymore

Kwik Trip Hinckley was a hoppin' place (holiday weekend) but the store was clean and there was plenty of fresh & hot food choices.

Tonight my wife and I stop in for a small bite to eat as we were coming home from a childhood friend's who has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. My wife has a registered emotional support dog, do to other reasons, but none the less was with us. The temp too cold to leave the dog in the truck so I put her inside my coat and we went inside. We were immediately cut off by the manager and told we couldn't be in there with the pup, my wife told him she was registered, and he said they don't recognize that. So please anyone with a support or service animal please boycot Kwik Trip

Horrible experience with the lady(Cassidy) who checked me out. Extremely rude and indecisive, very disrespectful and unprofessional. Kept trying to be aggressive and was very rude when just asking a simple question for the pump I was on. She should be banned from working at any stores. No customer service at all here. BE WARNED

Everytime i go to this store its something today was no food on the hotspot bakery rack for muffins was just blueberry and lemon.when i cashed out employee was talking to a guest which is fairly rude before i grabbed my items basically had sign up saying closed

Good stuff to buy there although a majority of people behind the counter are rude and disrespectful there demeanor shows there true colors.
