The side of my truck was hit as another vehicle backed into me. When I approached my vehicle to pick it up, it was in better shape than when I first acquired the vehicle. They are very thorough and provide excellent work. I would not consider taking my vehicles elsewhere.

They had my truck for almost 2 months. They told me they were waiting on parts. I had to go find a specific lug nut key for them. Brought it to them they said it would be ready in a couple of days,so I called back in a couple of days then they said it'll be ready the following week. Treated me as though they were bothered by me.

I had made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have a few parts painted. I brought them in on our scheduled date and was told to be expecting to pick them up later that same week. Called multiple times and they had not even started the project. Gave them more and more time. Until 2 weeks later I was tired of waiting for them to even begin on my parts, I went and picked them up. Called a different place they had them finished the day after I dropped them off.
