I just picked up my car this afternoon from AAMCO after needing a new transmission. Jared (owner) was very helpful, informative, and professional during a stressful time of your car breaking down. Also gets straight to the point and doesn’t sugar coat things so there’s no surprises with the process. He went above and beyond for me to see if my car had an extended warranty for the CVT with Nissan. Unfortunately, I did not qualify but was so nice for him to do that extra step when he didn’t have to at all. Most places would have told me to figure it out with Nissan on my own. Turn around time was fast as well - car was towed to his shop on a Friday evening, started repairs that Monday, and car was done late Wednesday morning to be picked up! AAMCO/Jared have my business when it comes to future cars repairs, and will recommend them to my family and friends as they are honest and trustworthy.

WARNING
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE
I brought my daughters Range Rover here for a transmission fluid change. The crew was not really sure what to do.
I called Jared to complain about drips coming from the front of the pan (within my one-year warranty. Jared told me it most likely was the part they put on and NOT the installation, plus he told me he was to busy to have me bring it in to look at it.
My daughter retuned from school with her car and i have a large transmission fluid stain on my driveway, I called Jared, and he told me that since it was out of warranty, he wouldn't do anything about it except charge me the old rate in full to put a new one on
Place is a JOKE NEVER LEAKED BEFORE and 7 months after Jared does work I have leaks with NO Care from this poor excuse of a person and company DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE

Exceptionally patient, friendly, and knowledgable staff with reasonable rates. Sometimes deciding on whether or not to complete a repair is not a decision you can make on the spot. They were really understanding of this, and that is an enormous help, especially if you are looking at costly repairs. They helped us to make an informed decision, and their work was outstanding. I've never had an auto shop I've been willing to recommend before, and I cannot recommend this one enough.Edit from four years later: I still recommend this shop to everyone. We just had some long overdue work completed and the end result was a vehicle that honestly runs smoother than when we first purchased it. The crew was exceptionally efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. This is the shop you have always been looking for, but never found.

I took my car in to get a new transmission per the warranty company Car Shield. Even though Car Shield was a complete nightmare to deal with, the owner Jared was amazing at advocating for me. He went above and beyond to fix some other things that weren't covered under the warranty. He is an absolute blessing and I truly appreciate the assistance he provided during this process. I had a phenomenal experience with Jared and his team. From start to finish everything was perfect. Jared is the owner and he was upfront, and very professional. It was a Blessing to have my car in such great hands! I HIGHLY recommend AAMCO transmission to anyone looking for High quality work at a fair price. I want to thank the owner (Jared), his mechanics and anyone who worked behind the scene to care for my car. Jared and his team definitely put the CARE in Total Car Care!!!! Jared was fantastic! He is a great at communicating with the customer and always honest. We had major issues with our vehicle, 2 other shops told us it was too much work for them and a dealership gave us an unaffordable estimate. Jared took the job on and was able to do it at a 1/4 of the price of the dealership. We are very grateful and will be returning for any mechanical needs in the future!

Jared was incredible to work with! We recently had to get our transmission and condenser replaced in our Chevy Silverado along with tires put on and an alignment. He was very responsive, transparent and explained things to me. Although I may not have been the easiest person to deal with all of the time, he was professional and blunt, which I appreciate. We will definitely go back to him for our car needs in the future! Fairly priced and great communication! Also, fast work!!! Thanks Jared! We will be a repeat customer!

Jared and crew are easy to work with and provide excellent service. My family has used AAMCO for many years and always receive our vehicles back in a timely manner with the repairs completed at a reasonable price. They will work with you when they find issues that need to be addressed that were outside what you had originally brought it in for. They do not recommend frivolous work, but instead only the things that will directly affect your safety on the road. If you can go without a certain repair they will let you know instead of just doing it and surprising you at checkout.Services: Tires
