I made an appointment to meet in person with a "Relationship Manager" specialist regarding a credit card account opened fraudently in my name. Sam Farag was prompt, sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable - he took the time to call BOA and resolve the issue while I was in his office. I would definitely return to meet with Mr. Farag if ever needed in the future.

Bank of America apparently only installs one teller window now in their buildings so if there’s any back up at all there’s no way to help. Terrible banking experience as the staff can’t actually do anything to help other customers.

Waited 2nd in line for 40 minutes just to get a cashiers check as they were confused about something happening with the customer in front of me. I ended up just leaving

I tried to open an account for work req. But, it was a waste of time.. Why have to asked for ALL my information and ID's if you cannot process anything right now or can't get anything done. Making everything simple so complicated. As if I just walked-in there without any proof of identification..I should have went to the US Bank in the first place - faster, no wasted time..
