I had the worst curbside service at this best buy location that I've ever experienced at any store offering curbside pickup.I arrived today when my order was ready. Checked in and the app confirmed my order was on its way out. 3 people showed up after me and received their items first. Furthermore, after waiting for 22 minutes to come out with my little 24 inch TV,, the guy needed my authorization code. Well, it took so long for them to come out, the code expired and couldn't be regenerated. I then had to go Into the store to have a manager ring me up and release the 80 dollar tv I bought. Whaf a complete was of time and consideration of my time. Had I known it was going to be this bad, I would have ordered online. I'll never use this location or curbside service at best buy again. It shouldn't be this inefficient or complex.

This is my favorite Best Buy store location and has a very good customer service. The staff is very honest and responsive. I dropped my sunglasses when I got distracted shopping. I was able to retrieve them the next day thanks to the staff. To whoever who is responsible for this awesome work environment, please keep up!

Best appliance staff in the twin cities. These guys know their products and are not pushy or annoying. I don't rate big box stores often but this Best Buy is a diamond in the rough.

Early yesterday afternoon pulled up to Curbside Pickup and immediately checked in.. and then waited 20 minutes while nothing happened! Walked inside and was directed to the customer service where the worker was hunched over the counter on his phone! Not sure whether this is the department manager or the store manager that’s at fault.

Went in with a specific goal to gain access to Power BI buying a Windows supported computer because I have a MacBook. Was advised to instead buy a $70 Microsoft365 subscription to obtain Power BI desktop on my MacBook. Found out that wasn't the case and went back a couple hours later just to be told it is not a returnable item. Last time I will be doing business here as I was scammed due to unknowledgeable support by staff.

Dakota was so amazing! He helped me the whole time I was in Best Buy. I had to swap my PS5 and then get a monitor and he was sure to inform me on his recommendations and what he thinks of the products I was interested in. I can’t wait to come here again. Thank you Dakota!

Had a great visit, super helpful associate helped me find what I was looking for. He also pointed out that the top end product was actually on sale for less than the model I had chosen. Extra features less money, what's not to like?Also liked the newer layout that made it easy to navigate the store.
