This is one of the largest Goodwills I have ever been to. Plenty of options in every section here, but the men’s clothing is a lot smaller than the women’s and children’s. I’m talking a few racks compared to maybe 10-13 racks over in the women’s. Most of the items are a little overpriced compared to what I’m used to at thrift stores. I found a great lamp at a reasonable price and the employees were very helpful when I asked if we could test it to see if it still worked.

This goodwill was the ONLY one near the cities that had actual thrift store prices. I loved it! Over the last year it got worse, but you could still find deals. I walked into today and I cringed each time I saw a price my god. Good luck finding a wearable pair of shoes for less than $20, blank used t shirts for $6-$8, and it’s kind of funny walking past people in the store talking about how outrageous the prices are. Sure you can find obscure things for a few bucks, but anything less than $5 is something you could get at a garage sale for $1. I think thrift stores used to be a good way to recycle items in a community and keep things being used, now it just seems like a money grab by a big corporation.

Impossible to get to the last couple years, been MAJOR construction around the whole area. They tore down all the small strip malls and business around the whole area(that i have been shopping at for over 20yrs) and built huge condos all around. Now, this Goodwill is hidden behind them, with no clear road to access it. Its a tiny un-labeled alley between the buildings, off of Westbound Excelsior blvd. Their packing lot is now so small, only have about 12 spots, the rest is reserved for the condos. This Goodwill, is the ONLY business in the whole several black area that was not torn down. No one knows this Goodwill is even still there, and thus, they barely have any worthwhile items. What they do have, is way overpriced. (Google Street View, depending on what street u go on, still shows few years back, before the construction. If u go on Excelsior blvd, u can see how it is now, part way through construction.)

Shopping at Goodwill is like stealing candy from a child. You guys get all of your product for !FREE! & resell it at an outrageous price claiming to "help communities". Quite frankly it is the biggest joke, you resell items for more than they originally costed at the store and get upset when people complain. If you weren't stealing from your customers, esp when you can't even try things on in store anymore nor can you return ANYTHING - maybe you would have a future in 10 years, but you won't. Such a scam. I rather give my things away myself in 100 degree heat with thorns in my feet dehydrated with a elephant on my back than have this scam of a store and tweaker employees profit off of my charity with tax write offs. You guys are paid a pitiful wage and then get off on telling people an item is actually $5 here than it was originally as the original price tag clearly states ? Weird.

Horrible donation experience! The attendant was rude, bossy, and ungrateful. Goodwill is NOT a non-profit and needs to realize they would not be in business if not for donations from the community. In the future, I will donate to DAV or one of the many other more worthy organizations.

Went to drop off some items at this Godwill. The guy accepting donations was extremely rude. He asked what was in every box, even though the boxes were open on the top and he could see what was in there. Then he wouldn't tell me where to put anything and when I finally decided to try to put the items in the bins he proceeded to yell at me for for not putting them in the right bins.

Clean and organized. The people are nice. The prices are way too high on almost everything. Found a couple things I was willing to pay for. Probably the same price at ikea… will I return, probably not often.

Manager is nasty, prices are high and there's this beast of a woman who basically lives there and buys anything decent. There are far better Goodwills. Avoid.

I have been to several goodwill in the surrounding area. This is the only one overpriced for many items comparing similar stuff from other stores.

Staff was incredibly rude to all of the customers in line because they were frustrated they were having issues with their registers. On top of being extremely overpriced ($8 for a used t shirt? 14.99 for used sneakers). Don’t recommend

Dropped more than $500 worth of clothes, shoes, kitchenware, new home appliances, and household items. They were rude and did not even thank me. Third and last Goodwill donation. If you are thinking to donate stuff, search for "donation centers near me". There are other alternatives to Goodwill with much better dropoff experience.

Very slow and unappreciative donation process. Messy facility. ARC Twin Cities is a better alternative.

Worst Goodwill to drop off items at. Always a long line whenever I go (even at odd hours during the day). Takes waaaaaaay too long for attendant to get donations. They should speed up this process so people can get in & out. No one is getting anything for their donations. There should be some sense of urgency when there is a long car line.

Just made a donation of full load of good stuff. Bad experience. The person receiving donation was rude. I got yelled at for not placing the bag in the right bin. He was not giving clear direction. Need more training. I believe in the mission of Goodwill. Hope there is improvement next time.
