I'm very pleased with the final results in this carpet buying process. Heather did a great job in guiding us through the multitude of choices. When our first choice became back ordered, the team at Hopkins Carpet One made changing to our second (equally good) choice easy. Kelly did a great job installing and left us with a nice piece of excess carpet that will come in very handy in another location. Very professional! I will absolutely begin any future flooring purchase with a visit to Hopkins Carpet One.

We are enjoying the new carpet that we recently purchased and had installed from Hopkins Carpet One. Every step of our experience with Hopkins Carpet One and with Heather as the sales associate was top notch. We arrived at Carpet One to investigate a carpet purchase with a list of the requirements that we had put together from our research. Heather guided us to the products that met our requirements, answered all our questions and gave us plenty of personal space to decide. We chose the carpet we wanted and all the next steps were done in a friendly and professional manner. So from being greeted by Heather all the way to the final installation every step was clear. I recommend Hopkins Carpet One and Heather very highly.

I’ve used Carpet One for all my homes over my lifetime and have always had superior results. Choosing the right carpet for your space can be overwhelming, Heather helped us narrow our scope and made the process easier. Hugo, who scheduled our install was personable and managed a small snafu on installation day with professionalism. Throughout the process Heather and Casondra maintained excellent communication regarding timelines and pricing. Finally, I can’t stress enough how important the carpet installers are to ensure a spectacular result. Francisco and his team were exemplary. They had some challenges with our space and stayed several hours overtime to ensure everything was done beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Hopkins Carpet One Floor & Home is a great choice for a variety of remodeling needs. We've had them install new carpeting in the past and are now working with them on our kitchen renovation. HCOFH offers a huge product selection, not just carpeting, but also countertops, backsplashes, and -- of course -- flooring. We had a great experience working with CarpetOne. Everyone was thorough and gave great insight. On installation day Victor and Rose went above and beyond to prepare our subfloors for carpet. Definitely recommend.

I worked with Eric on my estimate, Heather in the office, and Kelly, who restretched the carpet in my very large, lower level recreation room. All of them were extremely friendly and nice to work with, and Kelly did a wonderful job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I worked with Heather Erickson and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jose did our installation and he did an amazing job and worked so efficient. The new carpet looks amazing! Heather even called after the installation to make sure everything was done to my liking and asked if I had any more questions. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service these days. I would highly recommend Carpet One!
