Purchased a Sunrider from Bestop, and what sealed the deal for me was their offer to install it at my home. Bestop arranged for a local installer, Joiiio, to handle the installation, making the entire process convenient. Joiio contacted me to schedule the appointment, and Brandon, the installer, arrived right on time as promised. Brandon's professionalism and dedication were immediately apparent. Not only did he install the Sunrider efficiently, completing the job within the estimated timeframe, but he also went above and beyond to address an unexpected issue with my doors. The bushings were severely rusted, causing the doors to be extremely stuck. Brandon tackled this challenge with commendable perseverance and skill, working tirelessly to resolve the issue. It's worth noting that the door repair was performed for a small fee, but Brandon's hard work and dedication were exemplary. Despite the difficulty, he remained focused and determined to ensure the doors were in working order. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional service provided by Joiiio, particularly Brandon's outstanding workmanship. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality products and top-notch customer care.

Easy people to work with. They swapped out my hard top, are storing it all season, put on a soft top, and will swap it back in the fall. There was a snafoo with my existing soft top. They gave me options and resolved the issue. They showed me how to completely remove and put back up the soft top with a hands-on, personal tutorial. If I have any trouble, I was told to come back for help. I (as a female) felt very equal/comfortable/respected which is not always the case when dealing with things regarding vehicles and learning how things work.

The entire experience with Joiiio was exceptional, from the beginning to the end. The Joiiio team was knowledgeable and friendly. There is a great waiting area with snacks, beverages, and wifi. The installation process was quick. I highly recommend!

What an amazing concept and an even more amazing experience. Working with Lukas and Ken was absolutely first class. With one call Lukas walked us through their easy process of removing and storing our hardtop and installing a top of the line soft top to enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall months. To have such an amazing company take away the hassle of removing your hardtop and storing it is beyond priceless. And then add the fact they installed an amazing new soft top….no words. Not to mention the fact they did all of this in a matter of a few hours and it looks phenomenal. From the caring and customer service Joiiio and it’s boys showed us….picking them to handle your Jeep needs is a no brainer!!! Thanks guys….it was an absolute pleasure. If you’re looking to purchase and install a new top for your Jeep, this is the place to go! I thought they only stored them but nope, I was able to buy a brand new soft top and get it installed all through them! Top notch customer service, hands down! This place is amazing!! I called and got in the same day! They swapped out my hard top for my soft top in about 15 minutes! Great service!!! No more worries about getting a couple grinds together to change tops. No more worries about storage! FANTASTIC!
