They have a program that you sign into when you visit and after 8 washes you are “supposed” to get a voucher. Haven’t got the last three vouchers.
Tried to communicate with what i would assume was the owner via text and then ghosted with no response.

Good morning. Yesterday was so nice n quiet. Was awesome NOT TO have to hear peoples unruly children being bad. Machines worked well. So what happened to the food machines? Just curious ?

Great place to get your laundry done. All the machines are up to date which makes it easier to get in and get out in a timely matter.turn on the tvs in the place - they are never on.

I go to Megawave to wash bulky comforters, etc and it's been a consistently good experience. The staff is helpful and customers are friendly.

Very clean @ Mega Wash in Hopkins. Shirley the attendant is working constantly to wipe the surfaces and greet the people.

I gave you 5 stars because Shirley the gal working the day I visited was wonderful. She was very helpful and just a great person all around. She kept the laundromat very clean, and the washers and dryers. I will definitely return to your Hopkins location off of Mainstreet. Thank you Shirley, you rock!!
