“Amazing service throughout my experience, but they really showed up on the day of my sister’s wedding. I forgot my dress shirt at home (four hours away) and didn’t realize it until the morning of the wedding. A quick stop into the store and they sent me away with the exact shirt I forgot, no charge. Just asked that I return one of the two shirts after the wedding. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a non event.”

“I haven't been in the Ridgedale Mall for awhile. But was there yesterday and walked into a store that was new to me, called Jaxen Grey. I was looking for light weight shorts and tee shirts. I was lucky to be assisted by a wonderful person named Triston Clark. Triston asked if they could help me with anything, and wow did they provide excellent service and advice! I ended up with 2 of the best tee shirts tee shirts I have seen. I was so impressed with the serious, expert, caring service, I hope the company will consider having Triston as a multi-store manager. While assisting me, another salesperson also asked for advice, which they also got skillfully answered from Triston.Listening to a customer's real needs and concerns and understanding how to help, is a very rare quality in stores today. You have a gem!”

“I went in with the intention of just getting my measurements and curious of what was on the market. Ended up spending an hour with Judd, and his team learning about the market, the does and do nots, and having amazing conversations with them. They listened, were nothing less of professional, and ended up getting two outfits.
The atmosphere is almost like going into a barbershop in terms of storytelling, a sense of belonging, and having fun. Laughter led to trust, and leaving the place made me feel like I just hung out with my friends. This place is TOP, and I mean Mount Everest Top Notch. Judd, and his team are second to no one.”
“I came to Duluth in Bloomington, MN to exchange some online purchases my husband made. It turned out, the size we wanted is hard to find currently and low stock everywhere (including online). But never fear, super woman Trina to the rescue!
Trina took command of my problem and did everything she could to try to solve it. She suggested cuts that run a little smaller in the waste, lengths that could work, scoured the online warehouse inventory AND her own store room to see what she could dig up to make my needs happen. She even explained to me how to sew a hem simply!
Ultimately, I was able to leave with three replacement pants that were nearly a one-for-one swap of what my husband had purchased. They have worked for him.

“Always wanted to get one of the shirts but was hesitant based on the high price. Was at the Dayton's market today and my mother bought me one as a Xmas gift. I can assure you the shirt is very well made and worth the high price, both in terms of material quality and attention to detail.

“I popped into the North Loop Madewell on a mission to find jeans that actually fit me, a task I usually dread because finding the right pair has always been a struggle. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk me through every style Madewell offers, set me up in a dressing room, and gave me the kind of support you usually only get from a best friend.
Shopping alone can be tough, especially when you need that second opinion, but he hyped me up, made me feel confident, and helped me find jeans that I love. Yes, they’re a bit pricey, but the quality and the level of care from employees who truly go above and beyond make them worth every penny. Honestly, the shopping experience alone made this a five-star visit!”

It is quite a unique & eclectic store with items for the entire family, including pets.

Jena clearly has an eye for design - she recommended the perfect suit for the groom with a subtle pattern to stand out from the groomsmen, and it truly made me feel one of a kind on our wedding day. The tie color/pattern and accent pieces that the team picked out created the perfect look, and we got so many compliments from wedding guests.
