I don’t trust Midas anymore, for me they are scammers.
I went to the Midas approximately 3 months ago at downtown Minneapolis for alignment, they recommended me a package if I get that I would be having 2 more alignments free during the year at any Midas location in the US. Today I made an appointment here in Hopkin’s location because the Midas in downtown didn’t have any availability, when I got there I showed them the receipt that I have free alignments during the year because I have paid $163.89 for the package , they said each location is different and they don’t do that for free, I said if you want you call the Midas at downtown but they denied.
Because of the name “Midas” people come to your repair shops all over the US, but you scam those people , I will write a review on other Midas as well which I paid for the package.

The guys that run this shop are very laid back and easy to work with. As well, I have never had reason to doubt their work. A very professionally run shop with mechanics who know what they are doing!

Great customer service! Great scheduling and mechanics worked quickly. Had a few hang ups with my installation of some aftermarket parts, but mechanics were knowledgeable and addressed the issues well. Would recommend.

The team here is amazing, they got me in immediately and did everything they could to make sure I was 100% happy. I had a tire come off my brand new car and they got me a new tire that’s an exact match to my other tires. They even let me check out if I had any damage to the underneath of my car. It was going to take a few hours and I had work coming up they even offered a loaner car so I wouldn’t be late to work. Super amazing and welcoming team that really cares about their customers. I would highly recommend stoping in for any tire needs!
