Usually have a good experience here. Young teenagers working tonight & openly talking crap about customers. kid who was checking me out also rolled his eyes at me for not wanting to open a card. I used to work retail so I get it, there’s incentives for opening cards, but you should probably work on your customer service. I’ll give 2 stars for having a good selection of clothes. I probably won’t come to this location as the maple grove customer service is 100x better and has more inventory.

What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.

I got duped into getting their customer care card or whatever it's called... i'm trying to pay a balance and they're trying to get me to use my bank info rather than my debit card, which is directly related to my bank. That's informationI would have never given them had I known. I also asked explicitly that there would be no consequence to closing the card early. Come to find out. It's going to that's affect my credit negatively. When I close it out. This comments more about warning for anyone to stay far away from that card system, they have the APR is 35%. I found out once the card finally came. Shaisty I hope they don't prey on youngsters becoming legal age. Highly disappointed I fell for their fast talking.

Not shopping at this location again. I had a return outside of the 30 day window (62 days). Which I understand is against their policy, but the same item was on the shelf, my two returns had tags and I had a receipt. Normally I'd be fine with it, but the manager lied to me. He told me their register wasn't able to override the return and that I should call the corporate number to process the return. I called the number and was told they can't even see in-store purchases in their system. They told me the manager has the ability to approve the return. It was pretty clear the manager lied to me. I left the store and went to a different one, where an associate instantly processed the return for store credit. The manager wasted my time by lying to me.

Cant even exchange sizes for new merchandise after 30 days... unfortunately they didnt get the additional revenue from all the other merch i was ready to buy.

If you are plus size this is not the place for you. Old Navy in general but this location in particular has now shown that they do not want money from anyone over an XL and I will follow suit on that and will no longer be patronizing any of their stores. The staff at this location were friendly. But since they do not seem to want disgusting plus size people in their fitting rooms, so be it! I’ve never been so insulted by a company and I’ve been big my whole life! Used to love and rave about their clothing but no more. Unfortunately for them and degrading to plus size people everywhere.

Have loved old navy for the past couple of years since they launched the BodEquality initiative. Now I find out that many stores (including the ridgedale location) are no longer carrying above an XXL. Super disappointing.

I do like Old Navy a lot. But it's really hot and cold. Hunt and peck. Sometimes I walk out of there with 3 things I absolutely love. Other times I try on 8 things and don't like any of them. Their prices are really good. I love coming to the store. I hope they continue because so many retail stores are closing. I will always continue to patronize Old Navy. Keep up the good work. ?

Store was clean and staff was friendly. Shelves full and had good merchandising (arranged well and orderly). Lots of things on sale, I would prefer the prices to be lower and more easy to understand than doing a bunch of mental math while looking at clothing.

Standard location, impressed with how well decorated the location was. Centrally located in the mall on the first floor. Great sections dedicated to men, women, children. Sales were advertised everywhere, I'm sure you can find a sale whenever you come. Staff were friendly and helpful although training new staff. Fitting rooms were plentiful, families were able to go in with the person trying on clothes. Isles were spacious, didn't feel squished when walking around a full establishment. I'll be back to see if I have a different experience!
