Stopped by- got my feet scanned the awesome staff got me in some super soles 2.0’s that fit perfectly and some insoles that changed my working life as a guy who’s working for 10+ hours a day on his feet. There are plenty of stores closer to me but I’ll always make the drive to Hopkins for the great staff. Also would 100% recommend any of their socks.

This place closes at 7, so I pulled up at 6:45 to pick up a preorder from the restaurant next door. Yeah yeah I know, but I didn’t think it would be a big deal to park there for 2 minutes.
Immediately, some older guy pops out from the door to say “hey you can’t park there, we pay for those spots, move”
you close in less than 20 minutes and your store is empty. I’m literally watching you vacuum with no one in your way. How’s that boot taste? Just to spite him, I sat in my car in the same spot for 20 minutes just to be annoying. And guess what? He still closed, and no one walked in. I guess we know why that place is empty.

Good store, Darrin helped me with my first pair of red wings. Got the classic moc. Spent a lot of time trying on different sizes and he was helpful.

Teddy!!! Teddy was awesome! Teddy helped me find the boots I needed at another location had them held for me. The customer service was outstanding and they were empathetic to my needs. I recommend this store 100%.

Horrible location.
Guy behind the counter was extremely unprofessional.. I brought my shoes in for repair and as soon as I walk in the door you could immediately feel the negative energy in the store so it wasn't a shocker when he told me that he couldn't help with the reconditioning of my boot. The guy with the guages in his ear was of no use and I will definitely recommend to any one thats looking to get some work done on their expensive red wing books to not go to this location. You will be told that they can't do it this location because their not a corporate store..

I wanted to say thank you to ladies that assisted me yesterday in purchasing my Oro Clara boots in size 12. I really appreciate your assistance with purchasing the correct items to maintain my boots.
I fly out on Halloween for a long European trip. I finally did it!
I have been looking at Red Wing Heritage boots since my cousin came in with his RW shoes on and talked them up. He loved his and had already had them for 5 years and wears them almost everyday, he was OTR driver at the time and they were his go to shoes not boots, I was impressed.
Looked at the Clara and fell in love right away but, the price kept me away, 4 years of knockoffs at lower prices and I could have purchased them 2x.
Picked them up yesterday from the Hastings store, it was a quick purchase, Size 12 Oro picked up some maintain supplies and 2 different types of laces for the break in period just in case I pulled on the original laces a bit too hard and snapped them.
This morning, I am walking around the house in them to start the break in process, I love how they look and feel so far. Beautiful on line and in person, I am breaking these in to take on my trip.
I will update later after I have broken them in some.

Teddy and Louise are AMAZING!! I came with probably at minimum 50 intrinsic questions and if Teddy didn't know the correct answer then she provided all the correct answers by doing her research with a turnaround time that was flawless. Ty's Mechanical Heating and Air Conditiong in New Hope, MN always buys the best of the best for all their employees from the BEST work shoe manufacturer, work boot supplier in Minnesota and they are so comfortable. You MUST go and check them out!

The attendant was very amiable, passionate, knowledgable, and a lifelong collector of Red Wings. Hung around long enough to almost find myself late to a meeting. I would definitely shop here again.
They are very helpful and not afraid to encourage or point you to where you may be able to go to find something that they may not have in stock.
