People work here who don't know what politeness is and have no respect for drivers, it's a shame that you have to deal with people who aren't professionals.

arrived for unloading early. Appointment for 10 am, arrived at 09 am, checked in, said to wait for a call and they would give a docket. They called after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Unloaded 6 pallets in 15 minutes, then received an SMS with payment for unloading, paid for everything and waited for 4 hours ((( no one explains what the delay is. Terrible service. If you come here according to the logbook, turn on off duty because they will destroy your entire working day. Because of such unloading, I didn’t make it to the appointment for loading ((( their company slogan does not correspond to their actions "every moment matters" 👎

There is a guard at the entrance, you need to drive up there on a truck, and after that they will give you a map of where to go to the office, for me it was number 25 next to the dock. Terrible place, very long unloading, I waited 3.5 hours for the door, and the same amount of time for unloading.

It's terrible, the drivers are treated like garbage, they will treat you rudely. They don't care about your appointment and will never tell you how long your unloading will take

Interacted with super value and capstone employees, and both were very rude to the drivers. After all, we are their customers and not their peasants. Professional courtesy seems to be lost here. More concerning is the restroom situation. They only provide porta potties for drivers even in sub zero temperature. I had to go #2 while waiting here, and can you imagine making another human pull their pants down and sit on -5 degree toilet seat. This should be illegal and suseptible to lawsuits.

Terrible job, I arrived at 7 am and it's 2 pm and they still haven't given me the papers, they are places that no matter how much they pay, they can't be done

Got here at 8:06 this morning appointment at 9, I am still here in the door waiting at 2:20 in the afternoon. Capstone sucks here! There is no reason it should take this long to unload.

Not just long! And for a very long time! Check in at 6:00 am, door: 9:00 am, check out at 1:15 pm. It took 7 hours to unload!

If I could give 0 Stars I'd put negative 5 stars. 4am appointment, line to guard shack took a hr. Appointment at 4am arrived at 3:40. Didn't get to the guard shack until 4:40, then sent me to the grocery side of the building. It doesn't start check in until 5am. Then I was told to go back to the guard shack and tell him I was supposed to be going to perishable side. Finally got checked in at the right building and here in a dock door since 6am. Paid lumper at 9:45 am its 1pm and I'm still in the dock door waiting. Asked 3 times what is the hold up. Was told that they are behind and short staffed. IF YOU HAVE TO DELIVER HERE, GO OFF DUTY. GUARANTEED 10 HOURS REST BREAK WHILE WAITING TO BE UNLOADED.

Arrived at 6:20 AM for a 7 AM appointment. It took 30 minutes to clear the Guard shack and 10 more to get checked in. At 9:30 AM I was assigned a door (2.5 hours after my appointment time). The catch was that I had to wait for them to finish the driver still on the door, despite 6 open docks.
After docking It took a half hour to get a red light. I then got a text saying that I would be alerted to lumper fees after they unloaded me. I then got a text to pay and did. An hour later, still with a red light, they actually unloaded the 3 pallets I was delivering.
It has now been over 6 hours since I arrived and I am still waiting for paperwork.

Can park overnight but don’t expect to be allowed to use the restroom. Funny how the map and safety sheet they give says to use the restrooms in building but they are clinging to Covid protocols years after the fact. Also office does not open until 0500. If someone tells you that you have an earlier appointment they are lying.

What a waste of a good day. Checked in at 8:30am for a 9am appointment. Got called to a door at 10:55am. 11:39am started to get unloaded 12:47pm done unloading. And bills where ready at 2pm. Missed out on my other load. This is a classic case of bad management. Almost everyone that came after me got in and out before me. I won’t be coming back to this poorly run facility again. Be warned there is a 50/50 chance they’ll waste your entire day. I basically pulled a shift here.
