“My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call! “This place has been our go to rental center for awhile now for floor sanders and fast propane refills. Always have what we need with fast service provided by a group of awesome people. Major THANK YOU and shout out to JASON for my most recent visit. Got out of the truck to return the sander and happened to lock my keys in vehicle. Jason took it upon himself to grab his locksmith kit and spend a good half hour helping me get back in and on the road which was a huge lifesaver and is greatly appreciated for him to do that going above and beyond expectations and job description.

“I rented a 9 foot van that was in excellent condition and a 15 foot truck that was in ok condition but both vehicles did the job! The staff are amazing at this location! The morning I rented the truck for my move into an apartment was when one of the gentlemen started the truck early to defrost & warm it up. This small but kind gesture started my day out energized and ready to tackle a stressful move head-on! Overall, the quality of this U-Haul location is excellent and the staff provides a great service to what otherwise would be a stressful thing to go through; moving.”

They have always given me the utmost service and never had an issue with any of the vehicles(I'm nearly on a first name basis here due to my numerous times I've rented here ?). I've rented from other rental dealers and either the vehicle was beat up or left me nervous about if was going to break down on me, or I was overcharged for "fees" or the price of the rental itself. Here at Avis/Budget, I feel confident in driving any vehicle I rent.”

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“I rented a truck and attempted to do the mobile pickup. Complete fail. I ended up going to the counter and was helped immediately, and far quicker than the mobile option. The employee even brought the truck around to us and explained everything we needed to know about the questionnaire you have to fill out online about the vehicle. After I gave up the mobile option, it was a good experience.”

“Service lady was exceptional. My 6yr old daughter got stung by a bee just walking up to the steps & the lady pulled out a first aid kit, talked to her, and helped her feel better. She even led us out a back way to the parking lot to avoid going by where there could be bees since my young daughters were scared of getting stung again. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do.”
