At the appointed time with a bank officer, we still waited for about 10 minutes while he served another client. He is however courteous to us.

Spoke to a lady on phone today 12/30/2022 at around 9:15 am horrible just horrible. She cut the conversation while I am talking. Glad there are so many options ( Banks) to be a great customer

Cold uncaring corporate bank that doesn't need its customers. I had a business account for 14 years ran into some problems and they wouldn't help me out at all. Absurd overdraft fees. The banker who helped me could not care less about issues with my account. They said they were going to give me a call and try and help me and retain my business and they never called me. Go to a credit union instead.Edit: 1 week later still no call.

I had a terrible experience at this branch. I live in Hopkins and I would always go there to get a roll of quarters for laundry purposes. There is no coin machine in my apartment building so I have to go to the bank to get quarters.I have always gone there. I NEVER had a problem getting quarters from any teller at any time. However today when I went for my usual trip, I was rebuffed by a teller who stated "I had to be a customer to get quarters"I have lived in Hopkins for 2 years and have NEVER been told this in any previous times I went there. I believe the teller's name was "Jaime" or something similar.I explained that I have done this numerous times before with no problem. The teller then stated again you have to be a customer. NOWHERE in the bank does it state you have to be customer to do a simple exchange of cash for a roll of quarters.The teller was rude and did not handle the situation well. Another teller came over and was equally rude. I asked for a manager and that was not honored. The attitude of both tellers was not customer friendly at all.I was upset because I have done this exchange at this branch numerous times before.The rudeness made me feel like there could have been some racial animosity. I am African American. I have never felt that way before and do not make that accusation lightly. I will NEVER visit this branch again.I posted the same review for the 40 10 Ave N, Hopkins, but I am referring to the bad service at the16 9th Ave North, Hopkins, MNKevin D

The worst service I've ever had . 5 years with US Bank and I'm leaving today! They are holding my money and I'm trapped in Iowa with no money! They told me to have a good day.. im closing all accounts with these dirt bags

Prefer credit union But need national network Kicks Wells Fargo's a** Aaargh, I would love to just keep banking with WESTconsin Credit Union. However, I no longer live in the area so it is not very convenient. Plus, I can no longer mobile deposit paychecks with WESTconsin. Over the threshold limit. No direct deposit with work. US Bank happens to be in the parking lot of my work office. Opened up an account and have been pretty satisfied. Definitely like having ATM's without a fee all over the TC Metro in Holiday Stations and elsewhere. Minus one star for the charge on mailing the paper statement fee. Fine, I'll get along without. If you ever need a notary, they are happy to help out. Both my co-worker and myself have utilized the service. No charge for either customer or non-customer.

I have not yet encountered one employee who isn't extremely nice and helpful- literally every single person that works there is super friendly and always happy to assist you in any way possible. I am very impressed by their customer service!!!

I no longer have a bank account with them because my current Bank offers a lil more. I went in today to find out I can't cash my change in because it's for customers only. I was told they had many problems with the machine. So I'm guessing the machine doesn't like non account holders.
