Excellent service and internet. When you don’t need tv (no tv since 1993) I want an internet only business with real humans for customer service. The employees are terrific, too; very professional and a joy to talk with. Well worth the price for this excellent fiber internet.

This review is for USI's installation process and the lack of consideration for neighborhoods where it's being installed.
My neighbors and I received no notice that the work would be happening, even as utilities folks were ringing doorbells and traipsing through yards. Their trucks and installation equipment were parked blocking driveways, and to add insult to injury, after digging up gardens on the boulevard, they left bare dirt that's now washing down the street with the rain. Even after all of the interruptions from Centerpoint about marking the gas lines, someone from their team broke a gas line, which shut down an entire street for an evening.
These kinds of inconveniencies come with living in a community, but the complete lack of notice from the company was a serious oversight and a bad PR move - bad enough that even Xfinity looks good by comparison. If this is the way USI treats potential customers, it doesn't give me much faith in their customer service.

This is a review of my customer service experience. I had two separate calls with Aicha and Derek today, and they were both incredibly helpful, patient, and personable. They helped me figure out what issues I was having and schedule a time for a technician to come by. Don't hesitate to call in if you're experiencing issues!

I really like my USI wireless service. The Internet is a good speed and the customer service is super nice. They are fairly quick at getting techs out and answering questions. Hate the recent rate hikes but understand that costs are going up everywhere.

We are new customers of USI wireless in Minneapolis after many years with Xfinity/Comcast. We're quite impressed with the quality and responsiveness of service; USI technician Justin was great to work with! He was knowledgeable, communicated well, and he resolved all issues, answered all questions; overall this has been an excellent experience.

This company is the worst if you ever have any issues with their service. Each person you talk to passes the buck but says they will resolve the issue and do not! Think twice about using this provider! We have spent a week trying to resolve a simple issue with them. The sad part is we were even proactive months ahead of this situation to try to avoid problems ahead of the switch to fiber.

Internet isn’t that great to begin with. Add the fact that they have the absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my entire life- like not even just rude but HOSTILE. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone..

Spent days trying to get my internet set up only for the rep to say that the internet was not correctly set up. Why am I paying for internet I don’t actually have? Please go through another company.
