The staff here are patient and understand his energy and deep neeeeeed for everyone’s attention (he’s super outgoing). He’s always excited to go to the Vet and see his friends. “We had a cat emergency on a Saturday and my daughter remembered driving by here. The tech we talked to on the phone was super friendly and reassuring, and the tech and vet who worked with our "spicy" kitty were AMAZING. They spent extra time coaxing our cat out of the carrier and gave him explore time and settle down time in-between doing the steps of the exam. They explained his medication to us thoroughly, and when we had a question later, it was easy to call and get a quick answer. Highly recommended!”

“Brought my dog Lola here for a wellness exam on November 1st and the techs were so kind! They were very open about all vaccines that were available for her and priced them out for me and when I mentioned that price was an issue for me, the vet (can’t remember her name, sorry!) asked me about my dog’s living situation and helped me come to a logical conclusion for what would be the best for my dog and my budget. I let the techs know that my dog is dog reactive and also may be difficult for nail trims and they were extremely accommodating and understanding. I also enjoyed my conversation with the front desk staff while waiting for Lola to have her nails trimmed! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a vet that is open and honest with pricing and also sweethearts to your dog.”

“This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets. He really helped a great deal and the staff were all wonderful and in sync. God put them here to do his work and they are definitely doing it in my opinion. ♥️”

“This place is the best vet! They figured out a health issue that my cat had that no one else had figured out. Whenever I have taken my cat there, the doctor is always honest and straight to the point with how to care for my cat but you can tell he truly cares about the well being of the animals. His assistant Alex is also very helpful and super nice and kind as well. I needed referrals sent out for my cat and they were on top of it. Even people at other pet stores recommend him! If you want a vet that truly cares about their patients, then go here!”
