“We recently switched over to Metro Pet from another local vet, and I’m so glad we did. Dr. Harris and her team have been so helpful with my senior kitty. They’re straightforward about pricing, and don’t try to recommend anything unnecessary. They really care about people’s pets, and it shows. As a bonus, there’s a cat that hangs out in the lobby. Sometimes they have kittens up for adoption. I also saw a chicken in there once. It was pretty cool.”

We have been so grateful for the doctors and all staff at this office, but especially Dr. Jacinda Brinkman's knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and thoughtful approach to care. Pet Doctors helped our anxious, formerly-aggressive-at-the-vet cat to manage appointments with less stress, initially with gabapentin but eventually they built up enough trust that she can now go in monthly for arthritis treatments without any medication. They've helped our two cats through age-related conditions, subscription kidney diets, and dental surgeries, and were very compassionate helping us through one of the hardest times in our lives: getting our beloved Danny Boy diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, fighting to get him in for timely treatment at a facility that had radiation equipment, and finally guiding palliative care when it became clear there were no other viable options.”

I will say this was the first visit we had Abby at the Eden prairie location I believe she was the doctor’s assistant and wow I cannot express how thankful I am that she was there. She was so kind and so professional she made me and my family feel so much comfort during a scary time. Her confidence and kindness made the entire appointment less stressful. Brining your pet in can sometimes be the scariest moments, my daughter loves this lizard and she came in crying and scared and left smiling and relieved. She said “mom I want to be like her when I grow up” and our bearded dragon is home and healthy!!! Thank you!!”

I really appreciated and enjoyed my experience with the staff at Vet partners. Their electronic service that they use to schedule appointments and upload documents was easy to navigate and use. Dr Lloyd and Ash were so gentle and patient with my kitties and obviously care about what they do! They answered all of my questions and Ash worked really hard to make sure all my charges were done correctly and had told me the upfront costs before anything was done. Will be coming back and am hopeful this is a start of my kitties getting care from Vet Partners in the long-term!”
